Colazione un po’ ridotta
Hôtel récent avec suites/chambres et équipements de qualité, propreté impeccable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et suffisamment diversifié pour tous les goûts.
Les terrasses avec jacuzzi sont un gros plus pour profiter pleinement de l’expérience.
Seul (très petit) bémol pour la température de la piscine, fraîche au mois de juin.
Todo!! Fue una estancia genial. Además el personal súper amable y atento. El último día teníamos que irnos a Atenas súper pronto y nos dejaron el día anterior cosas para desayunar en nuestra habitación junto con un papel con recomendaciones para Atenas. Sin duda repetiríamos!
Firstly, the place was a m a z i n g!!!
we got a great hospitality from Denisa and Victoria- they both helped us through all the time we've spent there!
from the very beggining until the very last day of our trip, both of them talked to us with full patiance and with great advices for places to travel or eat. Additionaly, every problem we had they did not hesitate and came strightly to check if anything was ok.
Denisa was such a lovely women to talk to- not only she helped us but you could feel her wormth and love as if you know her for years.
Victoria was also such a kind hearted women that has always been there for us no matter what!
the hotel itself was very big and convinient
we had a large room with plesent view and a very nice pool to swim in.
All in all, it was a great expirience and we hope we could visit there again.
Our son and his partner came here in May and said we had to come here if we were coming to Santorini. We did and had a fantastic 11 days with the owner and staff treating us like family. The hotel was immaculate from the pool and bar area to the rooms. They booked a tour of the island for us which gave us a lay out of the island and also a wine tour which we highly recommend.
For a spot far enough away from the crowds around Thira (25 minute walk) but with a local feel and Greek hospitality you can't beat Onyx Hotel and Suites

Everything was amazing
Was very happy with our stay at Onyx Hotel. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. Service was excellent. Denisa and Victoria at the front desk, were so helpful from setting up airport transfer pick up/ drop offs, to making suggestions for local eats, and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Spirro was kind and attentive, made great suggestions to where we should go.
Hotel, room and pool very clean. Great quiet location. 10 min walk to the bus stop. From the bus stop, about 10-15 mins ride to Fira. Would definitely recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay at Onyx, the staff was definitely the best part about it and everything met our expectations
Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time .

We fell in love with this beautiful boutique hotel from the moment we arrived. Denisa and Victoria were so helpful with reservations, travel arrangements and island advice. Litza greeted us at the pool bar every day with her beautiful smile and her hospitality. And Speedos served up the best cappucino and breakfast....This was there perfect location if you wish to get away from the bustle of Firos and Oia.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. The air conditioning, which I heard in Greece was not good , was really cold . We froze lol. But I’m from Texas and we like our AC. My son had a knee injury they were not aware of due to last minute but they put him on the bottom floor at no extra charge. It was even a bigger room then he had. They booked all of our taxi’s and made some excellent recommendations for restaurants in the nearby towns that were beyond our expectations! They even gave us a late check out due to our ferry being delayed. They were all so sweet and accommodating! I highly recommend this place!!!
