Pros:

Staff was very responsive. We arrived on the spot & booked 2 rooms, they were ready for single occupancy. Room was very clean.

Pros:

Good effort by all the staff, all were courteous and professional.
A little oasis in a chaotic city. We used establishment for one night before travelling up to Darjeeling to visit family for two weeks and then another night upon on returning before an early morning flight to Delhi for connecting flight to UK.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Sooooo beautiful
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable, great bed, super shower, great lights/lamp composition ....I felt extremely well.

I'm not a breakfast person - just had coffee - but what I saw was a nice buffet.

Das Sunhill Portico ist ein modernes, großes Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant und einer Bar. Es liegt im Zentrum der Stadt ist aber ruhig. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren zweimal dort und können es weiterempfehlen.

Centraly located and easy to reach train Station by foot.

Cons:

Hotel old and not in very good shape. Therefore almost impossible to maintain clean. Water leaking and bathroom floor constantly wet. Location within th shoping Center not charming. Buffet with very little variation.
