Pros:

Das Sunhill Portico ist ein modernes, großes Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant und einer Bar. Es liegt im Zentrum der Stadt ist aber ruhig. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren zweimal dort und können es weiterempfehlen.

Centraly located and easy to reach train Station by foot.

Cons:

Hotel old and not in very good shape. Therefore almost impossible to maintain clean. Water leaking and bathroom floor constantly wet. Location within th shoping Center not charming. Buffet with very little variation.

Pros:

Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk en professioneel ontvangen door Bhumi van de receptie. Ik nam mijn diner in de bar. Het eten was lekker en de bediening was vriendelijk en professioneel. Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm en was lekker.

The hotel of his great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was well located. The rooms exceptional for the price we had to pay. The rooftop bar and restaurant was exceptional.

Wunderschönes Hotel inmittein einer lebendigen Großstadt mit internationalen Standard (Komfort)
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt zentral und doch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und bietet jeglichen Komfort (internationaler Standard). Wir haben insgesamt 4 Nächte übernachtet. Wir erhielten jegliche Unterstützung (Fahrer, etc.). Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für unsere "deutschen" Verhältnisse ist das Hotel sehr günstig.
Besonders gut hat uns die Rooftopbar gefallen, in der es eine zahlreiche Getränkeauswahl, Essen, aber auch Life-Musik gab sowie einen wundervollen Rundumblick auf Siliguri.
Wir können das Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück gut bis mittelmäßig. Die Auswahl war sehr vielfältig. Leider waren die Speisen teilweise nur laufwarm, leider auch der Tee. Es wäre besser, wenn man die Speisen frisch zubereiten würde.

The Room was neat and clean

Breakfast is not so good, less options and quality of food served is not up to the mark.

The receptionist was also rude while generating the invoice and blaming the booking portal for not providing the proper details
