One night was not enough, we loved it here and in Heraklion
Pros:

We only had 1 night in Heraklion and wished we'd had more, especially as the hotel is so comfortable and nice. The person who checked us in was friendly and very welcoming, made us feel at home right away. The room was modern, clean and very quiet - they'd put us on a high floor facing the back as we'd requested a quiet room - and it was. There are a few parking spots out front, and we were lucky enough to park the couple of times we went out/returned with the car. We did also walk past the hotel's parking lot which was only a minute or two walk away and would have happily put the car there if needed. There is a pool too and gym in the basement which we didn't realise but didn't access as we were out exploring Heraklion. Monks Cafe around the corder and Spora the restaurant (also 2 mins away) were highlights of our time too. We did explore the town but the chill and local vibes around the hotel was nice.

Hospedaje con instalaciones muy actualizadas,muy limpio,personal muy simpático..a 10 minutos andando del centro de Heraklion

Cons:

Que no hubiese microondas,que la piscina no estuviera en azotea y fuese más luminosa durante todo el día,que tuviera pocas zonas comunes en las q estar.

The front office staff was very helpful. Our apartment was perfect for our 5 person family and the proximity to down town was great.

At one stage there were 14 of us staying in various rooms and everyone thoroughly enjoyed there stay.
Pros:

The property was in a great location and was perfect for our week long stay. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The reception staff were always cheerful and helpful. The communication prior to our arrival was exceptional.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like however, the pool wasn’t as large as expected but that didn’t stop us using it every day.

הגענו בלילה אחרי טיסה, הצ'ק אין היה סופר קל ונוח, חיכתה לנו חניה ופתק מקסים מהמארחים עם עוגיות. הדירה מאובזרת, המיטות נוחות, המיקום מושלם. בא לי לחזור לשם!

Hadde veldig bra opphold de dagene vi varbi Heraklion.
Pros:

Store og fine leiligheter med balkong. Kunne dog hatt 4 stoler på balkongen kontra 2 når det er plass til flere i leiligheten. Digg med et lite basseng for avkjøling etter lang dag i byen.
