Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche de tout et en même temps très calme. Le décor est raffiné, chaleureux et apaisant, tout était parfaitement pensé pour un séjour agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus plaisante.

Clean room, good bathroom, functioning conditions, good air conditioning. The staff was polite.

Cons:

The kitchen is not fully functional; it included no dish soap or sponge, and it had no oil or salt available. Their pan was also in very bad shape. The building was also a little messy, with stuff located in the entrance/emergency escalator. Very important is that the hotel had a building site within the property but it did not mention it before my stay. Hammering and drilling were permanent and I had an awful experience because of that. Also, the staff permanently lied to me, telling me that they would solve the issue every time. The truth is that they had no intention of limiting the noise.
