The bed was comfortable and the unit had things we would need if staying longer. The neighbourhood was nice.
Upon arrival after 30hrs travel, the room i booked and paid for months in advance was not the room I received. I booked an upper level suite with balcony overlooking the city. I was put in a small room with no balcony. I went to the desk and showed the booking and they simply said the system has new in the room I got. I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction as I booked a specific room for the balcony and had paid and they made no effort to reimburse cost or rectify it. Eventually he agreed to put me in a room with a terrace but it was bottom floor with no view outside. Terrible customer service, and I felt scammed.
The room didn't feel very clean.
I was pleased to have a washer dryer combo but the dryer didn't seem to work. We asked about it and they said it worked but didn't make any effort to explain how or come show us. We ended up carrying wet laundry to our next destination and having to find a laundromat.

Location
Calculation of city tax was unfair... I was stating alone means city tax per person shall be applicable but reception insist on paying 2 persons city tax because booked room was double and they argued with me too much..
Second point water pressure is too weak and can't even enjoy shower 🚿
