Pros:

La struttura è posizionata nel cuore di La Valletta, a due passi dal capo linea di tutti i bus dell’isola. Essendo sulla via principale hai a disposizione tantissimi locali dove potere mangiare, bere o semplicemente fare shopping e passeggiare la sera. L’accesso è da un noto bar caffetteria. Non c’è una reception fisica H24 ma hai a disposizione un numero di telefono whatsapp che puoi contattare H24. Il personale del bar (che si occupa anche dell’hotel) è molto molto professionale ma sopratutto gentile. Sono stati bravissimi a risolvere un problema con la tv, e molto disponibili per spiegare i codici di accesso alle camere (non ci sono chiavi fisiche ma codici da digitare). Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere matrimoniale e tutte e quattro le coppie siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto. Se tornerò a Valletta di sicuro ci andrò nuovamente. Complimenti alla gentilezza del ragazzo che ha gestito la nostra prenotazione.

It was a really unique and fun stay and it was right in the heart of Valletta, which made it really easy to site see.
Pros:

Great location and cozy. The staff was very helpful. It was very unique that it was located inside of a Starbucks. The Starbucks staff was as helpful as The Melior staff. It was really neat how they worked together.

Cons:

Since the staff was not always at a reception desk, it didn’t appear that they were always available, but they were very responsive was contacted.

Excelente
Pros:

Apartamento espectacular. Centrico, con todos los servicios cerca. Dos plantas cada una con su cama comoda. Dos teles enormes, un baño muy moderno y funcional. El personal muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas para hacer turismo el ultimo día ya que el avión salía por la noche.

Proper en mooi in prachtige stad
Pros:

Ontbijt op kamer was heel leuk en uitgebreid.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Korting op Startbucks is altijd leuk
Studio was heel mooi en proper.
Perfecte airco.

Solamente la posizione.

Cons:

Tante cose. Come prima cosa ti propongono 2 tipi di colazione, la prima direttamente dallo starbucks (l’entrata dell’hotel si trova all’interno del locale), oppure puoi andare ad un bar a 10 min a piedi (molto scomodo). Ho scelta la colazione al bar ed è stato un disastro. Nel bar vi erano 50 gradi per un guasto, piu volte abbiamo chiesto di mangiare all esterno aspettando cio che avevamo ordinato e dopo mezz’ora il soggetto si presenta dicendo che avevano problemi in cucina. Il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e in maniera molto scortese ci hanno detto di contattare booking.com. Inoltre la pulizia dei locali, corridoi e camera risulta pessima. Entrano in camera anche se non vi è appositamente il segnale per entrare. Non cambiano gli asciugamani. Un posto veramente da evitare e gestito malissimo.

Great value for money, excellent location, comfortable and efficient staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in such a great location right in the centre of the city, but we heard no noise from the main street. The rooms were attended to every day and the staff were very obliging and efficient. We loved the big comfortable bed and cushions and lots of storage space including the bathroom. It was great to get 10% off our starbucks coffee too

Top hotel, excellent service, great food, very good location
Pros:

We had the best breakfast in our lives, which the hotel provided us in a nearby restaurant Charles & Ron Cafe. Excellent food offer, excellent service.
The location could not be better. In the very center.
The receptionist was excellent, in a great mood and ready to help in any way.

Everything was great.

Pros:

O conforto do quarto e a simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

O transporte não vai ao Hotel, tinhamos de entrar pelo Starbucks; raramente estava alguém na receção; não tinha um espaço para nos sentarmos fora do quarto.
O pequeno almoço tinha de ser solicitado no dia anterior, era limitado e nem sempre tinham o que solicitávamos.
A passadeira do hall estava cheia de manchas.
