We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the view overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding mountains and scenery are breathtaking, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Everything about the property made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the room service, which was below the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Krasne prostredie.

Cons:

Cez booking sme si objednali 1 noc 5 osob cena za noc bola 102,- eur. Nakoniec sme sa rozhodli ze chceme tam byt 2 noci zavolali sme tam a pytali sme sa ze ci je to mozne .Odpoved bola ano a ze cena je o 3 eura lacnejsia ako ce bokking ( toto nehralo ziadnu ulohu). Nahnevalo nas ze pri plateni nam pocitali cenu 161,- eur za osobu co sme si telefonicky objednali. Velmi neseriozne....Toto nas sklamalo.

bemüht aber rechtfertigt den Preis nicht.

Die Lage der Gastroterrasse ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Checkinn kühl, Personal hat kein Interesse beim buchen von E-Bikes am Wochenende zu helfen. Ging allerdings ohne Probleme bei der Konkurrenz Bikes zu buchen.
Das Frühstück ist schlecht gemanagt. Zu wenig Geschirr, Buffet wird nicht nachbestückt, kein Bestellmöglichkeit von Omlet odgl. bei dem hohen Preis, kein koordiniertes Personal.
Personal am Abend gestresst aber freundlich.

Pros:

Apartments in the building 5 is really nice, and you can get a gorgeous view of the lake specially from room 511 or 510

Cons:

I didn’t not know they don’t clean rooms if you book apartments room. But honestly I don’t see the difference in between apartments and other rooms bc other rooms also have kitchenettes.
