Cons:

Seems some random n poorly run local hotel chain, excelled in cutting corners for a 'supposed' 5 star hotel. It's a massive hotel. Gym was a joke, bar just had 2 cocktails n pint of Heineken... Staff has little English knowledge. Seems it runs on large local event booking for company events. We were the only other guests while 100s were booked for a corporate event. Had the quietest Sat evening as neighborhood locality is shut by 8pm and nothing to do as we were half hour away from habitation. Everything is charged, extra tea bags, downtown shuttle etc. Disappointed family which paid 5 star rates for a sub par experience.

浴室地板偏滑
Pros:

房間算大，親子設施也蠻豐富的，小朋友很喜歡開電動車的部分。這次訂的有包含遊艇體驗，船上的介紹很詳細。早餐種類很多，也有許多在地美食。

Cons:

房間的整潔度可以加強。浴室整間的磁磚都很滑，淋浴間的部分也都是光滑面，個人覺得有點危險(我小孩就滑倒撞到頭)，建議至少在淋浴區要改善一下。另外游泳池的部分，靠湖的那一面的游泳池磁磚有許多地方都剝落，泳池邊和圍牆中間往下看也都是散落的磁磚、積水和青苔，看了不太舒服。進到泳池的區域之前，也沒有一個沖腳的地方，躺椅的周邊地板也都蠻髒的，建議改善。

地點很不錯，安平很舒適，附近美食也多

Cons:

雙人房床擺的方向很怪，要面湖的房間卻沒有完全面湖；浴缸擺放的方向也不對，應該要可以躺著直接面對湖景。
腳踏車租借時間只到晚上六點不符合實際需求。
