Hotel El Plaza Centro de Lima

The hotel was in a very beautiful location,🤗
but the condition of the hotel could be better.

Não dou nota zero pq não tem essa opção.
O único pto positivo: atendimento gentil da funcionária da recepção.
De resto: o hotel é velho e muito úmido, apesar da fachada externa moderna. As fotos não correspondem à realidade. Toalhas e roupa de cama velhas e manchadas, pareciam sujas, na verdade. Mofo na paredes e pia.
Café da manhã... uma vergonha: 2 pães (velhos e duros) e 1 bola de manteiga. Zero proteína. Tive que ir a uma cafeteira comprar um desayno decente.
Agora o pior: barulho de buzinas, explosões e gritos a NOITE INTEIRA, pois o hotel parece ficar numa zona boêmia. Simplesmente não tem como dormir pq inexiste isolamento acústico. NAO recomendo de jeito nenhum esse hotel, não voltaria nem se fosse de graça.

Rooms need improvement, didn’t like that I have to leave the key on the front desk and basically show my ID to get the key, also don’t allow a friend come to the room to help you or visit you

Located at downtown center . Restaurant and stores nearby. Didnt sleep much during our stay because of the fire that occured in the next building , we had to open the door to the porch as it smelled smoke inbour room and was suffocating us .Also , towels were old and has shreds at the sides .

Skip Saturday night if you can. The bar/restaurant don’t stop playing loud music till 3 am. Otherwise the rest of the week is good. Centrally located. Able to walk to the main square and to markets. WiFI is good. Room is good size with good hot water pressure. Staff are welcoming. Check in was easy. Good food for lunch at the restaurant.

Terrible!!! Noisy music all night! Even no shampoo! No towel! Have to ask for them. The only good thing is convenient in the downtown center. All others are terrible! Away form it!

El hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado, nos diera n un ventilador pequeño y apenas funcionaba , la ropa de cama se veía sucia , no nos dieron control de la tv, demasiado ruido de los manifestantes de la plaza

Aunque muchos de los aspectos no depende del hotel, es decir los alrededores, y aunque es centrica a algunas plazas famosas que ver el entrono es ruidoso, por otro lado la atención de las chicas del hotel en todo momento ha sido genial ya que me ayudaros en algun tramite que tenia que hacer y son amables.

They Sent us to another hotel which was Belen hotel ** near by, this hotel was shut down by municipal order of fumigation, but we we're charged 136.50 soles instead of the amount we were supposed to be charged, we had no option, so gave us a ** hotel and paid More than the *** hotel we we're supposed to get, felt cheated

I wanted to stay in the historic district for convenience to sights we wanted to visit. It is an old property, but conveniently located. The staff was friendly, we had three beds in the room, and the water pressure and temperature was good. The price was reasonable and there was a small fridge in the room. Location was great.
