המקום היה מעולה! המיקום שלו פשוט מצוין, באמצע לכל מקום ברובע היהודי. קרוב לכיכר וצלאב קרוב לבתי הכנסת היהודיים וקרוב גם לנהר לשייט וגם לגשרים. החדר היה נקי, רחב ידיים, ממוזג!!! והמטבחון פרקטי מאד.

The friendliest staff and the one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Definitely the most worth it in terms of value for money. Cannot recommend the suite enough.
كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق رائعة جدًا. المكان نظيف ومرتب، والغرف مريحة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز. طاقم العمل متعاون ولطيف ويحرص على راحة النزلاء، كما أن الخدمات كانت مميزة وسريعة. أنصح بالإقامة فيه بكل ثقة.

Location, cleanliness and air conditioning were amazing... We had a lovely stay
Unfortunately the remote check in process is dreadful. We were left with no way to know when or room would be available and nowhere to wait that was viable as it was 38 degrees and I had young children with me (3 and 5) so it was very unsafe. We had to go to a shopping mall and wait. The team had set the expectation that a checkin at 10am was possible 5 months prior to arrival. This was a blatant lie.
