The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with a view, bed was comfortable, room was clean.
We got the room 604 which is unfortunately situated right under the kitchen. During our 3 nights we were woken up by noise happening right abover our heads probably around 5am for the breakfast preparation... Breakfast is served from 5 am to 8 am which to me, ends a little early if you want to sleep in a bit. I'm assuming the other rooms aren't as bad for the noise...

Rezeption nur wenige Stunden am Tag besetzt. Hotel hat wohl nur sehr wenige Mitarbeiter. Gefährlich: Als wir vom Abendessen zurückgekommen sind (gegen 21 Uhr) war Rezeption schon nicht mehr besetzt. Alle Zimmerschlüssel der Gäste, die nicht im Hotel waren lagen einfach auf dem Rezeptionstresen, wo sich jeder jeden Schlüssel hätte holen können und Zugang zu diesen Zimmern hätte haben können! Kein Hotelpersonal mehr im Hotel Anwesenheit! Kein Security Personal vorhanden!

I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything and am a deep sleeper. When I arrived, insects were in the room, and they moved me to another room with three beds. In the new room, I tried to rearrange the bed, and there were oranges under the bed, which meant it wasn't cleaned properly. Also, there was no heater or hot water, only lukewarm water.

Mi experiencia en el Qoya Palace fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en Aguas Calientes y muy cómoda para quienes van a Machu Picchu. El hotel es elegante, limpio y con detalles que hacen la estadía especial. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y variado, ideal para empezar el día antes de la excursión. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para hospedarse
Hotel muy bonito en muy buenas condiciones, el servicio del Personal excelente, el desayuno el horario muy corto y poco variado, aceptar pago con Tarjetas de Cualquier Banco si cobro de Comisiones.

I dried my clothes with hair dryer.
I liked the good location near the train station. But Aguas Calientes is so tiny, you can get anywhere in little time.
The entire hotel looks very good, very modern and it is very clean!
Their services are terrible, tough: very poor breakfast, very cold room (with no heating at all!), barely running warm water (had to leave the water run until it became warmer).

The room is a bit small. I can't open up the suitcase. Also, due to its location, the room is very humid, and no dehuminifier is provided.
