L'emplacement, la proximité de la mer, l'accueil, la déco, le calme de la chambre par rapport à la rue, la piscine.

Cons:

A great stay with excellent amenities and unbeatable access to the city’s highlights.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, within easy reach of the beach, Lincoln Road, and Ocean Drive. I also appreciated having bike rental stations nearby. The breakfast was good and well-balanced, and the facilities were very well-maintained throughout my stay.

Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania, zapach w lobby najlepszy jaki kiedykolwiek miałem w hotelu, basen na dachu wyjątkowy. Niedopuszczalny jest jednak brak wygłuszonych drzwi pomiedzy pokojami. Dosłownie wszystko słychać. Widoku z okna nie ma.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage und freundlichem Personal, jedoch mit kleinen Verbesserungsm
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, mit zwei inkludierten Liegen. Auch Lincoln Road und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Ross sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut (Bus direkt vor der Tür). Das Frühstück war lecker und der kostenlose Kaffee am Morgen war gut. Positiv war auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer sowie die bereitgestellten Strandtücher. Zimmer sehr sauber und jeden Tag frisch geputzt. Die Terrasse ein Traum für den Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl war eher klein, besonders für Vegetarier gab es nur wenige Optionen. Zudem war die Frühstückskarte für Gäste mit Gutscheinen eingeschränkter als die reguläre Karte. Etwas umständlich war, dass sich bestimmte Bereiche wie Pool, Wasserstation und Kaffee in einem anderen Gebäude befanden, sodass man kurz nach draußen gehen musste. Das Trinkwasser war meist nur mit Geschmack (z. B. Gurke oder Orange) verfügbar , eine neutrale Option wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Außerdem war der Kaffee im Zimmer für europäische Verhältnisse zu schwach. Es gab zu wenige Steckdosen bzw. Adapter für europäische Geräte, diese mussten teilweise extra gekauft werden.

More Than a Hotel Stay — UMA House Makes You Feel Taken Care Of
Pros:

UMA House in South Beach exceeded my expectations in every way. The property has a boutique charm that perfectly captures the energy of South Beach while still feeling like a true retreat. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind, and the location is hard to beat — just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and conveniently close to the free trolley that makes getting around South Beach a breeze.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk team set the tone — attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire stay.

What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional effort made by Director of Operations Rachel Louis and her team after my checkout. I had accidentally left a pair of sneakers at the hotel, and without hesitation, Rachel and her team went above and beyond to ensure they were returned to me. That level of care and follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about the culture she's built at UMA House.

If you're looking for a South Beach stay that combines a great location with genuine hospitality, look no further. I'll absolutely be back.
