No lo recomiendo para familias. No limpian las habitaciones si no pagas
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal

Cons:

No es un hotel apto para familias. Lo elegimos porque tenía piscina y apenas pueden usar las instalaciones con piscina. Solo los fines de semana y un número determinado de horas.

Luego pasamos frío en la habitación con el bebé, nos dieron un calefactor pero a determinada hora de la noche no se si la apagan o que, pero pegado al lado del ventanal de la habitación hace frío. La habitación la considero pequeña para ir con familia también.

Otro punto que no leí y que me sorprendió es que con la excusa de eco friendly o lo que sea NO LIMPIAN LA HABITACIÓN, tienes que pagar un extra. Tampoco pasan a recoger la basura.

Si se llega antes de tiempo, también hay que pagar para que te guarden la maleta. En fin, un despropósito donde se trata de sacarte el dinero a toda costa.
Para familias este hotel no es y no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Location was great! As only a 10 minute walk from the central station. The rooms and bar area were modern and very relaxing. This hotel was great for the price we paid.

Cons:

We had to pay in order to you the swimming pool and spa facilities.

Emplacement parfait

Cons:

Chambre sans chauffage, on a du changer la chambre et après le lit des enfants n était pas préparé. Quand on rentre dans l hôtel après une journée de marche fatiguée c est désagréable de descendre plusieurs fois à l acceill pour signaler des problèmes.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel au top, bien conseillé, et j'ai pu modifié ma chambre pour une version au-dessus, merci à leurs équipes.
Le bar personnel très serviable, les prix dans la norme du pays.
Le lit super confortable et reposant, la salle de bain avec douche et bain séparés.
Le frigo un peu petit mais a fait le job!
Le SPA et la piscine magnifique et relaxant! Le personnel y travaillant, super accueillant.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécier de payer un supplément pour l'accès à la piscine, sauna et au hammam !
Sachant que la publicité sur votre site mentionné inclus dans le pack de la chambre.
De plus le prix est un peu élevé pour le rapport/prix/temps 2h pour environs 20€!
Le rooftop bar fermé pour événement divers, bref dommage, du coup, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier les diverses prestations proposé par l’hôtel, il est plus adapté pour des groupes d'entreprise qu'à des particuliers.
Également les horaires du bar au RDC pas avant 16h00?! Du jamais vu dans un hôtel de 4****
