Pros:

Gode senger, og stille. Rom og vinduer er godt isolert. Bra utvalg på frokosten. Super bar i 6.etg med takterrasse. Parkering i kjeller hvis du kommer med bil.

Cons:

Koster å stå på parkering.

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was good, restaurant staff was great, location was great

Cons:

Front desk staff was not nice or accommodating. Bathroom stank. Barely saw cleaning staff. No phones to contact front desk for questions. Pool on site but it’s called a spa and you have to pay a per person fee and kids can only go sometimes. Room was so tiny. You don’t control the sun shade on the window. No fridge (we had baby formula)

Poor Customer Service and Pathetic Staff at Scandic Spectrum Copenhagen
Pros:

location, facilities and breakfast were good.

Cons:

The room provided was different to that booked and paid for - i booked and paid for a room with a double bed but was given a room with a single bed. Staff were unapologetic and advised that they were fully booked and could not change until the following day. When they changed the room, they gave me a room that was not cleaned - the previous occupants had messed the bathroom and towels and housekeeping had not cleaned the room before moving my belongings into the room - absolutely disgusting!! This is graded a 4* hotel, very questionable

Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is echt super. De bedden en kussens waren prima. De uitgebreide fitnessruimte was zeker een plus.

Cons:

De kamer was heel erg klein. Met 2 koffers in de kamer, was het moeilijk manoeuvreren.

В номере было невозможно выключить кондиционер. Заселение в 16:00, я такое первый раз вижу. Персонал был не приветливым.
