The location was fantastic, just near the main attraction but not too close. It was lovely near the waterfront and the room space was plenty. The breakfast was excellent with loads of options and the staff were friendly.
The blinds weren’t enough; light streamed in after 4 am. I had to pay for everything: the umbrella and luggage.

Location and cleanliness
Very very poor amenities.
Sofa bed is so bad, noisy and uncomfortable. I had to put the mattress on the floor and add extra bed sheets in order to sleep.
I rented a bike from the hotel and found a flat tire after 400 meter so I needed to go back to the hotel walking.
Modern hotel close to city center with many elevators (so no queue) and good working bathroom. Welcome free bottle of water and coffee machine was appreciated. Good coffee machine for cappuccino at breakfast. Button at reception for Taxi with no need for booking was great. Last but not least, hotel staff was very kind and helpful and general hotel cleaning was excellent.
Room cleaning had to be booked in advance and, unfortunately, one of the days it was not operated properly, probably due to the booking system. First hotel in my long travel experience I had to book room cleaning like for clothes!
There is no instruction available in the room (or provided in advance to check-in) about luggage storage system container size and timing: there are different sizes (e.g. S, M, L and XL) and we realized only after having opened the XL one that we could store into it also a small trolley and booking charge is by 4-hrs time-slots rather than by hours.
Despite there are many different types of lights in the room and the bathroom so they are well illuminated, the lights around the bathroom mirror are very dim and make it hard for make-up and shaving: an additional small customer-oriented light would be really welcome.
Strange but true, no smoked salmon available for breakfast and soft drinks were not good.
