Jeg ville nok ikke overnatte her igen
Pros:

Spaen var godt men det er meget småt og er ikke en del af hotellet eller opholdet

Cons:

Jeg kunne desværre ikke lide værelset eller hotellet, der er ingen charme eller hygge over stedet. Værelset er meget småt og der var myg ind i værelset, hvilket gjorde det meget ubehageligt at falde i søvn.

Der ingen ingen telefon på værelset til receptionen og der mangler også toilet artikler på trods af at det er et 4 stjernet hotel.

Personalet i receptionen var ikke imødekommende eller venlig i det hele taget og virkede irriteret ved spørgsmål omkring opholdet.

Check ind er kl 16.00 hvilket er meget sent i forhold til andre steder.

Personnel réception désagréable. Équipement chambre minimaliste.pas de table ni chaise pour écrire,pas d’eau à boire même dans le hall,pas de tapis de bain pas de mouchoirs,zone fumeur dans le parking à vélo ou zone ouverte dans la journée quand les clients ne sont pas là (fermé matin et soirée).Ne font pas la chambre sauf demande spéciale ! Zone géographique loin des sites touristiques.

Tidy room, nice hotel and well placed for getting around Copenhagen
Pros:

Beautiful views from the rooftop bar was further enhanced by the supportive staff, ready with fresh popcorn for my son. Clean and tidy room and corridors. Great restaurant downstairs with Espresso House joined to the property. Luggage storage was brilliant for the day before travelling home.

Cons:

Air conditioning made some noises around 3am but on the whole not an issue. We loved the Espresso House attached but was only open until 7pm. Despite these minor issues I have already booked a stay here for 2027.

Less than "superior"
Pros:

Paid parking was conveniently located. Plenty of fast-moving elevators. Central location. Lovely view.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit sub-par compared to the other 5 other countries and about 10 other hotels we stayed at during this trip. They didn't give me the quiet room I had requested so I had to go back to reception and request another room. We paid for a superior room but the room and bathroom were small and didn't have a mini fridge. The night stands were tiny. The lighting was SO complicated it was a nightmare.

La struttura esterna, ed i locali sottostanti.

Cons:

Purtroppo in quei giorni l allarme antincendio suonava senza un valido motivo. Mia figlia e rimasta traumatizzata, era più il tempo che si stava fuori a prendere freddo la notte che nel letto a dormire. Le stanze completamente chiuse, non avevano nemmeno una finestra apribile. Se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente sarebbe stato tutto diverso.

Buvau papildomai užsakius ir sumokėjau už ankstyvą isiregistravima nuo 11.00, bet buvo pasakyta kad kambario dar nera. Mokėjimo nematė.
Turejau rodyti savo bankini pavedima.
Pasakė kad jei neatsiras kambarys iki 16 val pinigus grąžins.
Kambarį gavome apie 14val o pinigų taip ir negrąžino.
Kaip trivietis kambarys buvo mazas.

Perfectly nice
Pros:

Location was great for Tivoli and central Copenhagen was only a short walk away. Very clean and most staff were extremely friendly (only one rude receptionist the night we checked in). Breakfast staff were lovely and the concierge who merged our bookings was also super friendly.

Cons:

The lights in the rooms were so annoying and took ages to turn on and off. We weren’t told we could have breakfast on the top floor and only found out we were entitled to it towards the end of our stay. Took awhile for the room temperature to adjust so the first night it was extremely warm. Felt it was a bit expensive for what it was but Copenhagen tends to be expensive and we did book last minute.
