El espacio impecable, el detalle del regalo de cumpleaños por iniciativa del hotel nos pareció espectacular y de buen gusto.

Everything: one of our best stays in 2 months in Colombia. The hotel is really welcoming and comfortable and the staff are lovely. Eliana on reception helped us for example by organizing for our laundry to be done as no outside service was available. The hotel restaurant is great and the breakfast was too. Our room was superb - really comfortable. The hotel also reflects the urban aesthetic of the centre with craft and especially ceramics tastefully built in. Would come again any time.

El parqueadero está en la otra cuadra deberían informar porque la calle está cerrada y no es tan chévere caminar con la maleta

Tiene todo perfecto! La atención y amabilidad del personal, la ubicación (cerca al parque principal) y con buenos y variados restaurantes a la entrada y al frente del hotel. La habitación muy linda y cómoda.

En las habitaciones sencillas que dan al pasillo hace mucho calor y en la última instancia algunos inquilinos hicieron ruido en otras habitaciones en la madrugada sin permitirnos descansar

Friendly and helpful staff in particular Eliana who showed me around and booked my massage as well as made sure all my bags were carried up for me. The Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and the center of town. I was very comfortable, safe and kindly greeted.

Me gustó su ubicación. Es muy central y cómodo para estar en los lugares más concurridos del Carmen.
Considero que puede faltarle servicios dentro del mismo hotel y facilidad para acceder a los planes del pueblo.
