Pros:

The Reception staff was very warm, friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was very cold and there was no staff to repair the heating system, I was given a portable heater which made huge noise hence had to keep it off. The towels had hair on it, I don't know if it was washed. I booked breakfast and it was served in a breakfast box which did not have boiled eggs as promised, second day I had to ask for it. Overall a very bad experience except for the reception which was warm and friendly

Faptul ca 5 zile nu a venit nimeni sa ridice măcar gunoiul. Hotelul îți dă impresia unui bloc de locuit.

مناسبة للعوائل القصيرة
Pros:

1- اعجبني نظافة الشقة
2- يوجد كل أدوات الطبخ
3- مساحة الشقة جميلة
4- يوجد نوافذ كثيرة للشقه تهوية جميلة
5- مناسبة للعوائل الصغيرة .

Cons:

1- كان هناك أعمال صيانة للمصعد وقت خروج النزيل من الساعة العاشرة للساعه العاشرة و 40 صباحآ ولم يخبرنا بذلك مسبقآ مما تأخرنا بالخروج وصعوبة النزول بالحقائب بسبب صيانة دورية للمصعد .
2- اقمنا آخر دور السادس
3- الشرفة يستطيع الجار أن ينظر اليك داخل الشقة بكل سهولة حيث الساتر قصير جدآ .
