THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL WHEN OUR REQUEST WAS SO SIMPLE. ONE CLEAN BED!

THE FIRST EVENING OF OUR ARRIVAL THE SHEETS WERE FILTHY. THE TOP SHEET HAD DEAD HUMAN SKIN AND DIRT FROM A PREVIOUS OCCUPANT. WE CALLED 10 THE CONCIERGE NUMBER AND NO ONE ANSWERED. WE ONLY WANTED A CLEAN SHEET FROM THE STAFF. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE OF TRAVELING THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SITUATION. ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS CLAIMED ME AND MY DAUGTHER WERE LYING ABOUT THE DIRTY SHEET.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service, qui était attentif et professionnel tout au long du séjour. L’établissement était très propre, avec des équipements de bon niveau. Le confort général était excellent, et le rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant. Enfin, la situation géographique est idéale, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne la chambre. Elle ne disposait pas de véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur ; les ouvertures donnaient sur un couloir, ce qui a été assez déroutant et ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes. Cela donnait une impression assez claustrophobique.
Par ailleurs, la configuration de la salle de bain manque clairement d’intimité, avec une simple vitre séparant les toilettes, et une ouverture donnant également sur le couloir. L’ensemble de la disposition est assez inhabituel et peu confortable à l’usage.

Même si le personnel a été très chaleureux et irréprochable, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement pour cette raison.

gideceğimiz her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik havalimanı metrosu ise otele sadece 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, konumu çok çok iyiydi. odamız temiz ve oldukca büyüktü, modern eşyalar kullanılmıştı, her gün düzenli temizlik yapıldı ve personel çok yardımcıydı.

Cons:

resepsiyonun 24 saat acık olması daha iyi olabilirdi ve odanın biraz daha aydınlık olmasını isterdim.

בצ'ק אוט ב 29 למרץ בבוקר , פנינו לפקידת הקבלה להסב את תשומת ליבה לבעיות. תגובתה הייתה אגרסיבית ביותר כולל קללות ואיומים שאם לא נעזוב את שטח המלון מיידית תתקשר למשטרה! תגובה שהפתיעה אותנו ומעולם לא נתקלנו ביחס משפיל שכזה.
רצוי להסב את תשומת לב של בעלי המלון לעובדת כזאת אשר גורמת נזק אדיר. לא נבוא יותר למלון הזה.

A hidden gem in the middle of Athens
Pros:

The hotel was very easy to access , super quiet to sleep at night even though it was a very lively neighborhood. The lobby was serene and cosy, the personnel were very helpful . Very clean , beds very comfortable ( even though I would prefer a less high pillow but this completely a matter of sleeping habit) bathrooms clean . Fresh towels and water daily . We fully recommend it !
