Roof top views and location

Cons:

Pool access limited because of the restaurant which still needs work with menu items food is mid. Elevators slow and restaurant down stairs overwhelming smells from it. Some staff members not so friendly or mindful over minding things. Over all hotel could be more mindful of catering more so to guest. It's a tourist location ppl want to feel comfortable and welcomed in where there staying. Whole hotel needs a revamp just my opinion.

Pros:

Loveeeddd the staff, great food and vibes on the rooftop! This is definitely my go to spot for Orlando now!

Disappointing.
Pros:

I appreciated how close it was to the parks, but the location felt somewhat tucked away, and the upstairs area became chaotic once night fell.

Cons:

The level of service here was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. When we first arrived, there was a man at the front desk who handled our check-in in a normal, professional manner. However, the experience quickly went downhill after that.

The staff overall came across as unprofessional. One of the receptionists was on FaceTime while assisting us and repeatedly told the person on the call to “shut up” and “damn, give me a second,” which was inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness.

When we requested extra towels because the one provided had hair on it, we were told over the phone, “you’re going to have to come down, we don’t have anyone here,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

At first glance, the room appeared clean, but that quickly changed upon closer inspection. There were chips and popsicle sticks found under the mattress, it appeared that water had previously leaked from the ceiling, and there were visible stains on the sheets underneath. These conditions were unacceptable and not at all what we expected.

We have stayed at Cambria properties many times before (this was our first visit to the Orlando location), and this experience was by far the most disappointing. Unfortunately, based on what we encountered, we will not be returning.

É a terceira vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Gosto por ser um hotel novo, bem localizado e com estacionamento grátis, ,mas esse item deixou a desejar conforme detalharei no que não gostei.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza do quarto, pois por 2 dias seguidos, mesmo com pedido, o quarto não foi limpo. Nos dias que foram limpos faltou papel higiênico ou toalha. Também não gostei do estacionamento em um dos dias da semana (sábado). No local funciona um roof top com festas, permitindo-se a não hóspedes estacionar em detrimento dos hóspedes. O resultado: o hóspede tem que estacionar fora do estacionamento do hotel em um terreo que fica a cerca de 100 metros.
