מושלם. המיקום לא בלב קולונקי והיינו כן צריכים ללכת עשר דקות ברגל וההליכה לא נוחה למי שנמצא עם עגלה. אבל המלון עצמו נהדר

הבניין מהמם והצוות שירותי מאוד! הגענו עם תינוק וקנו לנו במיוחד אמבטיה לקלח אותו אחרי ששאלנו אם יש כזו. דאגו כמובן גם למיטה ובבוקר לקרואסונים חמים.
ענו במהירות והיו זמינים לכל שאלה או סיוע, גם בוואטסאפ. מקום שהרגיש משפחתי ומתוק. לא היססו לעזור לגבי כל מה שעלה.

אהבנו הכל . גם את העלייה במדרגות :)

Ein mit Herz und Stil geführtes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in guter Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer überzeugte durch seine Größe und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die harmonisch zum Haus passt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist die Lage gut, einige Cafés, Bars und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer nähe. Ziele in der Stadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht vollständig schalldicht. In der kleinen Gasse befindet sich ein Lokal mit Außenbereich – einerseits sehr charmant und einladend, um den Abend bei einem Drink ausklingen zu lassen. Andererseits kann es im Zimmer für Gäste mit leichtem Schlaf etwas lauter werden. Für uns war es jedoch gut auszuhalten.

Small hotel with character!
Pros:

I loved the beautiful building with old hardwood floors and pretty ceilings. Very nice location with restaurants, bars, cafes close by. The room is cozy and clean, a combination of modern and classical details. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi, but I’d love to return to do that. Unlike big hotels, this place is a small jewel with character.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel extra special. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The whole experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t fault a thing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. They got us taxi services, recommended restaurants, and struck up conversations with all of us. We felt extremely welcomed. Amazing Staff!!

Cons:

Nothing. It was all great. Well, maybe could have done without the stairs going up to our rooms. It was worth it though. :)

Cons:

When I checked in, they asked for all my bank card details, including the three-digit code on the back of the card. I refused to provide this three-digit code, and the staff member looked at me like I was a crazy fraud and rolled their eyes. I had booked the room through Booking, which had my card details, so why should I provide all my card details when checking into a hotel? After this situation, I didn't even stay overnight in the room and went to stay with a friend.

Perfect stay and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and did that little extra under our stay. Clean and nice room with our own hot tub on the balcony.
The house is old but in good condition.
Also very nice bar/restaurant just outside the hotel, with great outdoor dining.
