Excellent facilities and so close to walking around and discovering Christchurch.
Parking was not included nor was it very clear when booking that it was an extra cost!
Property was modern, stylish and well appointed in a good position 15 minutes walk to centre of Christchurch.
Nothing it was exceptional.

Very nice boutique hotel (boutique in that it does not have hundreds of rooms)
The hotel seems relatively new, with well designed rooms. The rooms are clean and modern, with lots of plugs where you need them for all your gadgets, good Wi-Fi and a good bed.
Bathroom was good size, with a very large shower. Counterspace was sufficient but a bit tight.
The location was perfect for us…not in the downtown area (which I knew) but a reasonably short walk (10-20 min depending on where you are going). Its also a nice walk past several parks with streams. We found lots of restaurants within a 3-10 min walk of the hotel. Plus a wonderful pastry shop a few blocks away ….where we had breakfast every morning. In looking at the central city area, I am not sure I would have liked to stay there. So this turned out to be a perfect choice for us.
Website photos accurately depict the rooms and hotel
Room price was on par with other luxury hotels we stayed at in NZ.
Service was terrific, but they had a big group of Chinese tourists for the Chinese New Year …so it was a bit of a wait to check in and scrambling for the elevators.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.
Nothing i did not like. But some may consider the location a bit of a walk to the main tourist sites. We found the walk not that long and enjoyable...plus we got to see many parts of the city.

It is 20mins walk to the town center.
