Pros:

Comfortable beds were perfect after long flights. Rooms were cozy and dark at night and very quiet. Some of our rooms were ready for early check in.

Paid parking, but it is a city.

A well sized and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Superb and friendly staff.

Decent
Pros:

Good location, the restaurant at the lobby is quite good as well, the staff were helpful.

Cons:

No concierge service, I basically had to carry all the bags.

The room is also small for the price.

Sophisticated, yet friendly and wonderful all at the same time.
Pros:

I loved everything about The Mayfair!! Great location and parking available if you need it. Understated luxury and attention to detail. Really great cafe off the foyer- breakfast there was superb. Plenty of towels in the bathroom so you can dry your washed hair and have another dry one for the body- take note other hotels!
A wonderful surprise to see all toiletries were Byredo- my favourite! I have never had it in a Hotel before.
I’m planning another trip to ChCh and will most definitely there again. Great city, wonderful Hotel!❤️

A modern, boutique haven in the heart of the city - easy walking to everywhere
Pros:

Excellent location - 10 min walk one way to the city and 15min walk in the other direction to the lovely suburb of Merivale. Hagley Park 5 min walk away. Located just off a main road so it can be busy but noise not a factor at all and it means you are well connected to restaurants, bars, cafe's and shops.

Cons:

It's a pricey stay but the experience made it worth it
