Location good and one of the members of staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bed far too hard and uncomfortable. Both of us barely slept for our 3 night stay, even when using the spare duvet as a mattress topper.
Wallmounted controls for all the lights and air con - takes an age to come to life before you can turn your lights on (not good in the dark). We arrived at 9pm and the bar was already closed. Didn’t bother the 2nd night but returned at 8pm on the 3rd night to find it already closed again
Personally, we would be prefer comfort over high tech

Pros:

bel palazzo ristrutturato con cura e gusto

Cons:

Enorme delusione soprattutto per le alte aspettative dovute a foto accattivanti, prezzo alto e recensioni incomprensibilmente generose: in realtà abbiamo alloggiato in una camera minuscola, soffocante, priva di set da bagno, bollitore e dotazioni minime che si trovano anche nella pensione più modesta e governata da una domotica che funzionava a metà. Il letto era piccolo e aveva i materassi sfondati con cuscini scomodi e tutti uguali e la colazione misera con pasticceria immangiabile e nemmeno un po' di frutta

Splendida struttura, complimenti.
Pros:

Struttura stupenda, ristrutturata a nuovo,domottica nelle stanze, attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Collazione buonissima con un’attenta cura verso il benessere. Ho apprezzato gli shot di verdure appena fatto e l’acqua aromatizzata alla menta con cetriolo, depurativa. Il salottino interno accogliente e caloroso, ricco di libri in tutte le lingue, bravi! Per merenda, torta della casa per un te pomeridiano. Bravissimi!

Cons:

Tutto stupendo. Complimenti! Torneremmo da voi.

Schuster Boarding House; a gem in central Brasov
Pros:

The location couldn't have been more perfect. Less than a minute's walk to the main square, but removed just enough that there was no noise from the town. The breakfast was delicious and elaborate. The staff, without exception, could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. The fourth floor terrace was a bit underwhelming, but lovely to sit and look out over the town.
