Excellent location, very nicely renovated building, great interaction with the staff. Great selections for breakfast. Worth the money

Cons:

Parking the car was a little difficult - we had to park on the street close to the hotel. Parking payment can be done only on the phone using Tpark app. which is very easy to use.

A real hidden gem in Brasov
Pros:

We couldn't be more happy with our stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to prepare our room early.

The room was immaculate with great facilities.

The location is fantastic for exploring the old town.

The breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day.

So quiet and comfortable, with very personal service.
The rooftop has an amazing view of Brașov.

The breakfast is really good, and the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely want to put a smile on your face.

I slept like a baby in the room, and I really enjoyed the modern shower as well.

The room also has all the amenities you need, including a smart control panel that lets you manage every part of the room.

Camera a fost superbă, foarte curată și cu finisaje de calitate, iar patul extrem de confortabil, ceea ce a făcut șederea foarte plăcută. Mi-a plăcut în mod deosebit designul camerei, gândit cu mult bun gust și atenție la detalii.
Personalul a fost minunat, extrem de prompt și atent la orice solicitare. Oameni foarte educați, săritori și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, ceea ce a contribuit enorm la experiența mea.
Per ansamblu, am avut o ședere excelentă și mă bucur că am ales acest loc. Cu siguranță îl voi recomanda mai departe și voi reveni cu drag la acest hotel deosebit.

Great design and location. Staff need to listen
Pros:

I would genuinely recommend this hotel for its location and thoughtful design of all its spaces including the room, lounge and rooftop. The breakfast was great- lots of variety and unusual additions.

Cons:

No air conditioning and loud traffic noise. Staff at reception when left were defensive and lack empathy when we left
