No tea making facilities in the room, or decaf coffee. More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good. Odd that City Tax payable separately when we left.

A acomodação tem uma enorme potencial, mas é mal gerenciada. Falta treinamento e cordialidade.
Fomos recebidos no final da tarde por um funcionário que estava sozinho na recepção e, desde o início, demonstrou uma postura bastante confusa e pouco profissional.
Como o hotel não possui estacionamento próprio, precisávamos deixar o carro em uma vaga pública. Para nossa surpresa, o funcionário sugeriu que, se conseguíssemos uma cerveja para ele, ele “daria um jeito” de conseguir uma vaga para nós. A situação já nos pareceu bastante inadequada.
Posteriormente, solicitamos um upgrade de quarto, deixando claro que estávamos dispostos a pagar a diferença. Nesse momento, ele nos apresentou uma explicação bastante estranha: disse que poderia “abonar” as taxas da cidade caso fizéssemos o pagamento em dinheiro. Confiamos na orientação e efetuamos o pagamento conforme solicitado.
No final da estadia, porém, outro funcionário nos cobrou novamente esses valores. Ao explicarmos o que havia acontecido, ficou evidente que o dinheiro entregue em espécie ao primeiro funcionário não havia sido corretamente registrado, e que havíamos, inclusive, pago um valor a mais. A impressão que tivemos foi de que ele se apropriou pessoalmente daquele dinheiro.
A equipe que nos atendeu posteriormente foi cordial, esclareceu a situação e pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido, o que apreciamos. Ainda assim, infelizmente, a conduta desse funcionário específico nos deixou uma impressão muito negativa e gerou uma experiência de insegurança e falta de confiança durante a estadia.

It has a great location and absolutely luxurious vibe! We felt like we’ve entered a sanctuary. Kind personnel and great breakfast!
Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Just a short walk into the city square which we loved. No need to get your car and drive there. Many things to do in the area… We spent a day touring Dracula’s castle, which was only a short drive away.
The hotel itself is high-quality, first class! The staff is absolutely amazing… Spoke enough English so we could communicate and were willing to do anything we needed at any time. The breakfast is fantastic! We expected the typical American continental breakfast and this was definitely not that! Plenty of warm foods, including meats, potatoes and eggs, as well as fruits and yogurt and juices. Was able to have my latte, and my son-in-law had his espresso every morning. We would definitely stay here again!
The only struggle for my husband and I was that the bed was rock hard. Very difficult for us to sleep and both had aching backs the mornings we got up. Just not used to sleeping on a VERY firm mattress.
Also the parking is very difficult around this hotel. Ask the manager of the hotel for suggestions on where to park.
Overall…. A truly fantastic experience! Would most definitely go back again!

Petschler Situation in ganz Brasov ist herausfordernd.
Rooftop with beautiful view of old town. Excellent homemade breakfast. Spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, all attraction, restaurants and shopping area are within 5-10 mins walk.
Everything. From the reception to check out, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was perfect for our needs & the welcome glass of Prosecco was so refreshing. We loved our room, it had a cute fold out terrace with a nice view overlooking some rooftops. The hotel’s location was perfect. On the second night of our stay, my husband and I enjoyed an aperitif on the lovely terrace during the sunset hour prior to heading out for dinner. We will definitely return.
