Lovely stay at Utopia, staff welcoming us at reception. Though not around at all during the day till 6pm. However, the maids were available all the time and they gave a daily change of towels every day!
We were given an option of 3 rooms, all deluxe we guess, we chose one with a balcony.
The room was good, except no TV availability, as not working! Nor was there a toothbrush charging point nearer the sink area.
The shower leaked as it needs to be resealed again!
The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked amazingly.
No direct access to the beach, you need to go along the beach walk to find a spot. Note there are no sun loungers!
So it needs a refresh here and there!
Maria, Nico and Poppy you run the cafe are just wonderful people! They provided breakfast everyday, which was lovely. They were always available and were so helpful

We had seen some reviews that made us believe we had booked the wrong hotel. But I would recommend a stay here but would say to the owners of the hotel that they need to revise their website and info, as it does sway from what is actually provided.
But we did like our stay

Very nice brand new hotel. The staff was very helpful and flexible and acommodated our room requests to make it a great stay. The location with the small square in front was excellent and very close to the port and beach. Breakfast was really good with Maria and Nikos serving something different and tasty every morning and making special meals for our children.

Fint hotell med bra läge, dock mer fokus på design än funktionella rum. Bedrövlig frukost där man inte fick några val samt snålt tilltaget. Pizzainfluerad äggmacka med dålig tomatsås till frukost är inte gott. Ingen möjlighet till att låna dusch innan avresa.

Tror ikke man kan skrive havudsigt til alle værelser - vores havde havkig, når man hang ud over altanen og kiggere omkring et hjørne.

Hotel horrible. Les photos sur booking et hotel.com sont mensongères. Il ne s'agit pas d un 'Luxury boutique hotel', mais d'une petite pension, avec 9 chambres, dont seules 2 ont un balcon sur la mer (la 6, minuscule et la 9 plus grand). Les chambres sont petites, le lit n'est pas grand, l'odeur des égouts remonte de temps en temps par le lavabo (mais c'est joliment décoré). Le patron habite aux USA, nous avons dû l'appeler pour changer de chambre car il nous avait promis par email une chambre avec "magnifique terrasse surplombant la mer". Il s'est montré très discourtois avant de finalement nous donner le lendemain une chambre avec un minuscule balcon. Les 3 autres clients qui ont fait le check in en même temps que nous étaient aussi mécontents de leurs chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est tellement mauvais que nous avons été le prendre ailleurs dès le 2ème jour. Il consiste en du mauvais café filtre, un jus d'orange, un toast-beurre-confiture et un œufs sur un autre toast. Avec une serveuse agressive et peu proptre. Un hôtel très décevant et extrêmement cher pour ce que c'est. C'est bien dommage car Tilos est une très belle île. Je mets rarement d'aussi mauvais commentaires mais ici c'est justifié, et encore je ne mets pas le minimum juste grâce au beau sourire de certaines employées

This hotel is immaculate. Loved how clean it is kept and rooms are lovely and spacious.

Breakfast like we have never had before in all our travels. Maria & Nico are true gems. Their presentation in every morning made us not want to miss breakfast. It makes a change to the boring usual breakfasts offered by all other hotels.

We had a 3 min walk from the boat. And landed in the middel og of the “center “
If you like quietness and local relax culture. Then you are at the right place.
Best Hotel in the island. Quiet , clean , . Breakfast and coffiee at Nico’s & Maria in combination with the hotel. Creates an atmosphere of being local.
Beautiful clear water.
If you are stressed out when you come you will be totally relaxed when you leave.

We decided to extend our stay which explains the second review, Maria and Nikos with their outstanding hospitality, friendly advice about the island and 10/10 breakfasts really made the stay special. Big shame I have to fly back to London today but will be back again for sure. I will miss Tilos.

A wonderful little hotel and a gorgeous place to visit… a special place that makes you want to stay longer! Booked an extra night as soon as we arrived!

A pleasure from arrival to departure. The staff was great. Really clean rooms, amazing breakfast and lovely recommendations from Christina!! I also had a full body massage at the spa, which was amazing and so relaxing. Tilos is a really small and relaxing island and the hotel captures that perfectly. Highly recommend!!!
