Cons:

Mis padres se han alojado y el hotel les ha parecido cómodo, ha sido estresante para ellos el llegar y que la persona de recepción les dijera que no estaba pagada la reserva siendo que era un regalo y yo hice el pago dos días antes, tampoco les explicaron lo que incluía el hotel ya que tenía piscina pero en recepción no les informaron de nada. El desayuno ha estado muy bien, pero el personal si debe ser más atento y más cuando van personas mayores porque no todo lo saben.

Cons:

They were full . I have to wait one hour in line to be attended. After all this waiting they sent us to an different old building our room was very ugly ! We didn't have any options to change our room..bad experience!

Vengo a denunciar que los servicios de este hotel, de ninguna manera corresponde al standar que ostenta
Carece de normas basicas de seguridad personal, ya que no cuenta con , goma antideslizante en la ducha, como tampoco a la salida de ella, lo que provoca inseguridad en su uso, atentando hacia la integridad fisica de los usuarios, como tambien toallas manchadas y de excesivo uso
El servicio de desayuno, no corresponde a la imagen del servicio que ofrece, traduciendose, en un desayuno muy basico, con pan añejo, y oferta minimo
La cena en su restaurant, fue la de un salomillo y cerdo seco, que nos dejo muy defraudadas

cumplio el objetivo que era estar cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

El Hotel estaba colapsado, LLegamos a la habitacion y aun no le habian hecho aseo y el servicio de comedor estaba imposible.
