Buen hotel para hacer escala en Cali
Pros:

Literalmente a 5 mins del aeropuerto. Tienen servicio de transporte aeropuerto a hotel. Habitación cómoda.

I stayed here twice - once on arrival and then on departure. For arrival stay: there were three people/groups ahead of me at check-in- and took at least 30 minutes for me to get a room - check-in is slow and cumbersome - Although breakfast selections were fine, not all were served at same time. Waited a long time for the eggs to be replenished - and they weren't hot. For departure: They have strict check-in early policy - I arrived 90 minutes before 3:00 pm and staff was adamant it was not possible to check in early - didn't even check if room was available -

OUR STAY WAS TERRIBLE SINCE THE RECEPTION.

BREAKFAST WAS NOT UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS, I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THE HOLTEL OR PERSONNEL EXCEPT FOR THE STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT WHO WERE NICE COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE STAFF. ALSO ONE DRIVER WAS ALSO VERY KIND!

USE ABOVE ANSWER AS REFERENCE, DID NOT LIKE MUCH!! WE , MY GRAND DAUGHTER AMD MYSELF DID NOT ENJOY ANYTHING ABOUT IT! THEY TRIED TO PUT US IN A ROOM IN A BACK BUILDING WHERE THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE RECEPTION. WHEN THEY DROVE US OVER THERE THE LIGHTS WERE COMPLETELY OFF AND THE DRIVER HAD TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON, WE WENT UPSTAIRS TO THE THIRD FLOOR, ROOM 305 AND ALL THE DOORS TO EVERY SINGLE ROOM WERE OPENED AND ROOM 305'S BEDS WERE NOT FIXED, SOMEONE WAS STAYING IN THAT ROOM AND WE WERE TOLD TO STAY IN ANY ROOM, THE DRIVER SAW EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON AND HE JUST LEFT US THERE!!!! IT WAS REALLY SCARY. AFTER AGUING WITH THEM TO LET US STAY AT THE ACTUAL HOTEL WHERE WE HAD MADE THE RESERVATION AND THEY GAVE US THE KEY TO ROOM 205 OR 206 WHERE THE PLUMBING IN THE BATHROOM WAS ALL BROKEN AND WHEN WE WOKE UP THE BATROOM FLOOR WAS FULL OF WATER AND THE SINK WAS ALSO CLOGGED AND THEY SAID I HAD TO MOVE THE MIDDLE PIECE IN THE SINK.

Perfecto para antes de tomar un vuelo.

Cons:

El cuarto no tiene ventanas y en algún momento no hubo electricidad y se apagó el aire acondicionado. La habitación muy amplia pero sin aire es complicado, la regadera tenía como 3 llaves y no logré manejar el agua tibia, parece broma pero fue complicado. Todo se compensa por la cercanía al aeropuerto y la amabilidad del persona.

Pros:

Sehr nah am Flughafen. Shuttle fuhr sehr oft. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch gut.

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Personen und es fab nur 2 Handtücher. Wir haben 2 bestellt. Dir wollten sie in 15 Minuten bringen aber die wurden nie gebracht.

Buena infraestructura, muy regular la gestión.

1. Él aseo de los pasillos del piso 7. Habían escombros en el piso. Hay humedades al rededor del ascensor.
2. El control remoto del TV no funcionó. Llevaron un segundo control que tampoco funcionó.
3. No había acondicionador en el dispensador del baño.
4. En la nevera no habían bebidas ni ningún producto consumible.
5. Las toallas demasiado curtidas. Ya requieren darse de baja.
6. El personal de la recepción no es claro en la información a la hora del check in.
