Estava limpa

Cons:

O colchao era de pessima qualidade, muito usado, cheio de ondulações, duro, e pilow top também velho e sem cumprir a função. Eu deitava em um buraco, me virava e tinha um calombo que me jogava no buraco. Travesseiros de má qualidade. Nao tinha ar-quente e em Porto Alegre é necessário. Banheiro pequeno.

Pros:

Café da manhã e limpeza . Deixamos uns pertences no hotel, e quando ligamos para saber se tinham achado, a moça da recepção foi super solícita! E por sorte essa mesma moça tinha guardado os objetos pra nós!

Cons:

Não tinha toalha de rosto, e o box vazava muita água.

Cons:

recepção no checkin confusa e nada acolhedora. Já, no check out havia duas recepcionistas simpáticas e prestativas

apesar de estar um pouco frio, nao havia cobertores no quarto, embora trouxeram-me após eu ter descido ate a recepção e solicitado. Mas não havia meio visível para se comunicar com a recepção a não ser descendo até o lobby

Tranquila e café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

Não limparam nosso quarto e no dia qdo saímos a moça estava na nossa porta e até bateu. Não entendemos pq bateu e não arrumou. Foi desagradável chegar e estar tudo sujo com lixo no banheiro e tal
