Excellent long weekend break
Pros:

Hotel was more than fine, location excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine in room was nice to have. Room was comfy and spacious, Good nights out in the town can be had by walking up into the older town, great pubs and restaurants there where the locals seem to go as well. Around the hotel is nice, but very touristy, so worth taking a short walk to keep it real. English is widely spoken.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the hotel at all but Thessaloniki has a drainage problem and you cannot flush your toilet paper down the loo and have to leave it in a bin, which is possibly a spoilt northern European problem! Not that it bothered us, but downtown Thessaloniki isn't barrier free with the pavements offering many little surprises if you don't keep your eyes open. Optically the city is a bit drab, but never judge a book by its cover.

L’accueil et le sourire du personnel, l’emplacement ainsi que le déjeuner copieux!
Les équipements de la chambre ! Un séjour plus que parfait ! Je reviendrai au TEIGHT hôtel !

Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, το δωμάτιο ήταν αυτό που έδειχναν στις εικόνες, ήταν ολα άψογα στην εντέλεια, η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, η αναλογία τιμής - παροχών και δωματίου. Το σημείο στο οποίο ήταν το ξενοδοχείο, είχε τα πάντα γύρω του απο μαγαζιά και όχι μόνο, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήταν ένα ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο....φυσικά αν ξανά πάω Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

A modern, well equipped hotel at a great location, I will definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

The location is amazing. Room was spacious exactly as I have chosen on the website. It was very clean and modern. The breakfast menu was great, honestly more than we expected we were very pleased. The restaurant staff was wonderful always very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will definitely be back.

Cons:

The first person I met at the reception, I think her name was Tamara, had a really unpleasant attitude to begin with. I arrived in the morning and was tired, I asked her to repeat something and she was very short tempered, started talking to me in a deliberately slow, loud and condescending manner. She probably failed to understand my English language capabilities and acted unprofessionally for a moment, I’d like to think she was preoccupied with something else(!). Honestly this really felt like a terrible welcome but as I told her that I can understand her fine she somewhat fixed her attitude and later was helpful with an early check in by sending a personal message to my phone. All other staff was always very helpful and professional. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
