Gute Lage aber mehr auch nicht !
Pros:

Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut, Westbahnhof sowie Einkaufsmeile sehr nahe gelegen!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt, Renovierungsstau. Fliesen im Bad beschädigt, Duschtüren schließen nicht richtig, im Zimmer waren die Wände beschädigt, dreckig, rissig, Sockelleisten ebenfalls sehr dreckig.
Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, liegt evtl. am deutschen Standard , wir sind da anderes gewohnt.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehen wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Hotel Mitarbeiter die uns bei allen Fragen hilfsbereit zur Seite standen und immer Ihre Unterstützung angeboten haben. Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir zufrieden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Lage war top . Ob Ausflüge in die Berge, Konzertbesuch, Entfernung zur Innenstadt alles schnell zu erreichen vom Westbahnhof . Auch der Flughafenshuttelbus zum Flughafen war in 10 min zu erreichen und fuhr vor de Bahnhof ab. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo man an jeder Ecke auch Essen kann.
😀👍Wir empfehlen das Hotel und sein Team auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Nichts. Rundum zufrieden. Gelungener Aufenthalt.

Gute zentrale Lage.. Personal, wenn auffindbar/anwesend: freundlich.

Cons:

Wie bei vielen dieser "Urban Hotels" Basis gut. Nett eingerichtet, aber dann wird nicht mehr auf Details geschaut/gepflegt. D. H. Duschwand schließt nicht Silikon Fugen undicht/Tür Schnallen locker usw... Frühstücksraum kahl/kühl/ungemütlich. . Frühstück::naja.

Estadia confortável em localização central
Pros:

Hotel em localização central mas bastante sossegada, bastante perto de várias redes de transportes (metro, tram, autocarros). Camas bastante confortáveis, limpeza adequada, quarto espaçoso, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade, embora os produtos fossem caseiros e de boa qualidade. O chuveiro não tinha porta, o que condicionava que o chão da casa de banho ficasse molhado (notavam-se inclusivamente alguns danos provocados pela água no caixilho da porta).
