Pros:

Ruhige und tolle Lage!!! Sehr nettes Personal!!!

Cons:

Keine Badezimmertüre, 1Teil der Duschwand fehlte, sodass man die Dusche nich schließen konnte. Geringe Auswahl beim Frühstück- kein Vollkorngebäck beim Frühstück, Semmel war nicht frisch.

Schlimme Zustände beim Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut, recht neu oder neu renoviert. Es gab einen Aufzug. Außengeräusche waren kaum zu hören, also kein Verkehrslärm oder Glockengeläute. Die Lage des Hotels ist so nahe am Westbahnhof, das ich nicht mit dem Auto reisen würde. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat nichts mit einem guten Tagesbeginn zu tun. Furchtbar ist untertrieben. Das betrifft das völlig überforderte Personal, in erster Line das - nennen wir es so- Frühstück. Kein oder in deutlich unterschiedlich gebrauter Qualität "Kaffee", selbst aufgebackene Brötchen niedrigster Qualität ( noch nie! so pappige gesehen), das Brot trocken, krümelig, so wie aufgetaut offen gelassen, Joghurt und Haferflocken ja, aber seit Stunden zusammen im selben Glas, also schleimige Pampe. Teller vorkonfiguriert, mit Wurst, Käse, Butter und einer Sorte Marmelade. Kein Honig,kein Nutella etc. Wenn denn ein Teller da war. Ein Gast ist morgens zum Bäcker gelaufen und hat sich selber Brötchen geholt.

The location and the bathroom. The bathtub was very big and comfortable

Cons:

It smelled really bad in both of the rooms we saw. It smelled like sewage from the shower and the sink. The bemreakfast was rudimentary.

Soggiorno breve a Vienna
Pros:

L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. La receptionist è stata gentile nell’accoglierci.

Cons:

Per un disguido tecnico ci è stato modificato l’alloggio da una camera ad un appartamento a 10 minuti dall’hotel, il che ha influito leggermente sulle nostre comodità. L’appartamento è stato inoltre pulito solo 1 volta su 2. Per quanto riguarda la colazione abbiamo riscontrato una mal organizzazione e una scarsa quantità di prodotti. Consiglierei di preparare la colazione in modo diverso, evitando piatti già combinati, ma di far scegliere al cliente quello che preferisce.

Grei frokost. Konsept med ferdig laget frokosttallerk var ny for meg, jeg foretrekker å bare ta det jeg liker for da slipper jeg å kaste det jeg ikke vil ha av det som ble av kjøkkenet ferdig lagt på tallerken.

Cons:

Kun en sittestol på rommet. Vi var 2 personer som bodde der. Den ene måtte da sitte på senga.

Sehr freundliches Personal
Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Westbahnhof entfernt, somit sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr

Cons:

Wir waren 7 Tage zu Gast. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es beim Frühstückangebot etwas mehr Abwechslung gegeben hätte...

Хорошее местоположение, чисто, удобная кровать, чайник

Cons:

В душевой кабине была сломана дверь, вода проливалась на пол. В ванной комнате дверь в принципе отсутствовала. Такую комнату можно делить только с очень близким человеком. Не было информации, что обычная вода в холодильнике за дополнительную плату, пришлось доплачивать.

Not happy at all
Pros:

The hotel is definitely value for money. It is located in a good and safe area, which made getting around very convenient. The room was also very clean, which we appreciated.

Cons:

The room we were given was on the fifth floorand appeared to be a converted space, likely constructed with drywall and aluminum. Due to the high temperature (around 26°C), the room would literally overheat and become very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was quite poor, with very limited options. Additionally, the hotel did not provide a dental kit which was disappointing.

One of the hand towels provided in the room was torn, which reflects poorly on the overall attention to detail.
