O quarto era confortável, com uma cama muito agradável, proporcionando um bom descanso. Apesar de se ouvir algum ruído do trânsito, é algo perfeitamente compreensível tendo em conta a proximidade da avenida. O pequeno-almoço era bom no geral, embora pudesse ter uma maior variedade de fruta.

Cons:

O principal ponto negativo foi a falta de resposta às várias tentativas de contacto antes da chegada. Devido à greve em Portugal, tivemos de antecipar o nosso voo e contactámos o alojamento três dias antes da estadia para saber se seria possível antecipar a reserva por uma noite ou, em alternativa, reservar uma noite adicional. Enviámos mensagens através do Booking, SMS, WhatsApp e e-mail, mas não obtivemos qualquer resposta. Verificámos inclusive que ainda existia disponibilidade no Booking. Quando chegámos ao hotel, já não havia possibilidade de alterar a reserva e acabámos por ter de procurar alojamento de última hora. Foi-nos sugerida uma alternativa, mas o preço parecia elevado para o que era oferecido, pelo que optámos por procurar outras opções. No geral, a estadia foi positiva, mas esta falha de comunicação teve um impacto significativo na experiência.
