El único inconveniente es que no cuenta con parqueo. Hay opciones públicas cercanas, pero si llueve o nieva puede resultar incómodo. Además, el parqueo más cercano estaba lleno, por lo que tuvimos que utilizar uno un poco más alejado.
It was relaxed, beautifully clean, rooms cosy so quiet, staff wonderful, breakfast fantastic, location perfect.

Dream of a hotel, spa was the best part, everything you need after a flight when your stressed and tired.
No parking.
I had accidentally booked the wrong room, we were quickly allocated a twin room which was spacious, beds were comfy and the room amenities were good.
The hotel was in a great location within a 10 minute walk to the harbour and the town hall for trip pick up point.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel and would return if I revisited Iceland in the future.

Small thing. Taxis can’t quite reach entrance because road gate prohibiting traffic. We were lucky not bad weather but seemed a bit weird.

Basic spa facilities should not be charged for residents. I do agree with charging for treatments though. Also nearby car parks could be discounted for residents too, although not too expensive £38 for two days!

Fantastic location, super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a 6th floor room with views of the square. The decor is very modern yet cosy. Very clean, great bar area, jazz musicians on a Thursday evening. The spa was exceptional, warm pool and cosy areas to relax with drink and snack service. Breakfast was great. Perfect location very central, 10 mins walk to the harbour and we were picked up fo all excursions at bus stop 3, a 2 minute walk away. Could recommend more!
The church bell nearby does chime until into the night! No English tea bags/milk in the room
