Worth it winner!
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price point, like an upscale Residence Inn

Pros: Quiet Comfortable Room with counter for cooking, full size fridge, desk for computer, breakfast bar seating, free parking, impressive free breakfast in lobby with omelet station, cereal, yogurt; shower had decent water pressure though not as good as Westin

Cons: scrambled eggs were too salty, hotel ran out of bath towels once - had to wait a couple hours, and the person delivering the towels was salty

Don’t do business with this place
Cons:

Zero customer service after submitting my reservation I saw the refreshed page had reverted to the current date rather then my reservation date I immediately contacted Booking and Element Element never responded, the reservation person would not help me because she said it was no longer a new reservation The email/numbers she gave me went unanswered The was no telephone number direct to the property Element is terrible

Emma at The Front Desk Was a Delight!
Pros:

Emma at the Front Desk was a delight! Greeted us with a smile, super friendly and informative about things to do and places to dine in the area. She stayed on top of housekeeping to make sure we got into our room as soon as possible. Employees like Emma really make or break a stay, and she really delivered on all aspects. Thank you, Emma!

Pros:

Clean, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Hotel was in great, quiet area. I would suggest 2 things though. There was no ice machine in the hotel, had to go to the bar which was inconvenient having to go down to the ground floor. Also, the breakfast was great, loved the cook to order, but I suggest to make sure to have enough omelet fillings as advertised for all guests and to NOT remove the condiments and yogurt/cereal bar until everyone that was waiting for their order to be cooked gets theirs.

We didn’t enjoy our stay with the Element Dallas Las Colinas location.
Pros:

I really liked the location. Everything was close to the hotel.

Cons:

The property smelled like dog fetus, outdoors in the parking lot and also in the front entrance. Our bathroom had a long strand of black hair on the toilet. That’s absolutely disgusting! Our air conditioner kept making loud noises all night, it was starting to get very frustrating.
