No lift and I was in the 4th floor with my suitcases, really tiny bedroom, old and narrow stairs and share toilet. Too expensive. I had to leave one night earlier due to an emergency and the cancellation was not possible…

I love Ciao Papa Hotek
Pros:

The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. Abebe was very helpful at keeping our luggage during our excursion and he even helped us to take our luggage upstairs yo our room.
Muty was a great guy who helped finding my son's IPad. He did such a great job.

Cons:

I would only recommend the travelers that are staying here to bring just small luggage because the do not have a lift. The place is not for people with mobility problems.

Place location middle of the city center, the hotel workers is so lovely helpful everything was great
Mr Rizvan is so friendly and kind person, they are great.

Cons:

The room is kind of small, but if you travel one person, it will be enough. Bathrooms are small. I can’t fit in genuinely.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfy room, staff were lovely and very helpful. Good check in/out times and they allowed us to drop off bags early which was great. Facilities were good and modern, tea and coffee on offer too in lobby. Very happy and pleased with our stay :)

Cons:

Door to the balcony was very hard to open and close but apart from this everything was exceptional

Unforgettable
Pros:

It was in the heart of everything extremely close to the train station walking distance.

Cons:

Everything was extremely small and tight my husband and I could barely move or even sleep on that time you had a bed that was there to the point where my husband felt claustrophobic and was ready to leave.
And maybe be OK for one person by themselves not for two the rooms are extremely tiny for two people. Don’t even talk about the bed.
