An over-priced stay in Amsterdam city centre
Pros:

Apart from the good location, the hotel has little to offer. My double room(solo occupancy) is clean but dark with a small window. Sound proofing is also poor. Charging a 2-Star/3-Star price is probably normal in Amsterdam city centre. No lift in the hotel and the stairs are narrow and steep.

Nice little hotel close to the railway station
Pros:

Good service, clean and quiet hotel close to Amsterdam central. Everything was easy to reach by walk. We had a good night sleep, thank you!

突然の宿泊が期間短縮にも丁寧に対応していただき、助かりました。猛暑の中エアコン完備されていた点はとても助かりました。入り口の階段は狭いので要注意。街中にあるため、すぐに買い物や食事に行ける点も高評価です。

Heel aardig personeel en we kregen een gratis upgrade naar een 3p kamer. Kamers zijn ruim, goede airco en fijne bedden.

Cons:

De kamers hebben geen koelkastje en geen leeslampje. Verder geen verbeterpunten.

A Wonderful Surprise

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked Ciao Papa Hotel, but it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely everything was.

The hotel was spotless, stylish, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations with a smile.

The location was also ideal—close enough to explore Amsterdam easily, but tucked away enough to feel relaxed after a busy day.

It’s not often a hotel surprises me in such a positive way, but this one really did. I left thinking I’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. A fantastic experience from start to finish

Çalışan kişiler çok iyiydi. Ücretsiz çay kahve ikramını çok sevdik. Temizlik konusunda da çok iyiydiler. Hotelin konumu mükemmel.

Cons:

Oda özellikleri yetersiz. Kıyafetlerimizi koyacak dolap yoktu. Odanın manzarası kötüydü. Banyo çok küçüktü. Odada mini buzdolabı olsaydı iyi olurdu.

Muy buena ubicación
Muy agradable el trato del personal y dispuesto a colaborar en caso de ser necesario
Si bien no hay desayuno te dan café té y agua

Cons:

Lo que más complica son las escaleras
Pero te ayudan con las valijas
Aunque si son grandes complica
El estacionamiento avisa es decir que si te decides por este hotel ya vas sabiendo la situación lo cual es muy honesto
