Magnifique établissement
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et souriant. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque. Emplacement direct sur la plage sans avoir de rue à traverser.

Prepychový hotel s nie všetkým na úrovni
Pros:

Krásny hotel, super moderný, prekrásne navrhnutý a postavený. Maximálny luxus. Prekrásny bazén, super súkromné bazény a dokonca aj vírivky v izbe! Priestranná reštaurácia, výborné jedlá, perfektné služby. Super pláž, five star room service. Auto zaparkujú, batožinu odnesú.

Cons:

Ja som síce počítačovo zbehlý, ale ovládanie osvetlenia v izbe je poriadne nepohodlné, dokonca viacero vecí nefungovalo. Spa je oproti našim očakávaniam veľkým sklamaním. Iba jedna malá sauna, za ktorú požadujú poplatok 25 Eur za trištvrte hodinu, to snáď ani nie je možné. Žiadny ochladzovací bazén, príliš nízka teplota vody v relaxačnom bazéne, aj vo vírivke.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. It seems to be a real 5 star hotel. Location is so so (I mean for a facilities nearby) but the beach is great. We were lucky with the weather. We got a half board and enjoyed the food as well. We would like to mention a spa , beach , guest relations, restaurant. Everything is at the highest level

Cons:

Cause we are an early birds our time bed is 10:30 pm. But the hotel has everyday music program. Dj finishes at 11 pm so we had to deal with that…As well as a day nap was hard with a pool bar music and noise. Our room was perfect , but the floor at the toilet should be reviewed. Very slippery… I mean bath tub doesn’t have any curtain and no protection from the water. Couple of times the food was not good. Buckwheat like a soup with a water in the pot. Pancakes one day nice another day the pancakes didn’t puff up and taste sour.
For a fun addition: the cleaning took our fruit plate and when I requested to bring us a new one they bring the fruits with a “fridge taste”. Couple of times they skipped our cleaning just bringing us water bottles and 2 candies (even that we left the room with a sign of a “clean our room”.
When I requested a decaf coffee capsules they bring everyone they have but there was still no decaf.
In general we enjoyed our stay excluding some moments like this
