The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and the buffet was some of the best buffet food I’ve ever eaten.
The gym was very small and not that well equipped. This was our only issue. We like to work out before sitting on beach chairs all day.
Gorgeous hotel. Very clean, staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Had a massage which was wonderful. Proximity to the beach was great. Food and cocktails poolside were excellent.
Nothing to complain about really.
Some days it seemed most sunbeds were reserved for long periods round the pool without being used without towels being removed. We did one day see them being removed at the beach but staff could be a little more attentive of this.
Super clean, incredible staff who go above and beyond, spacious rooms. We were treated very well and felt like royalty on our honeymoon. The pools are both great, towels plentiful. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. They have considered everything and all the small details really made our stay special. Poolside drinks and food service was great and not slow at all compared to other resorts. The live entertainment at night was also fantastic. We only wished we could have stayed longer!!!!
The fridge in our room didn’t seem to work despite maintenance looking at it for us. This was a shame as we’d been gifted some free minibar drinks on arrival. This was really the only thing and they quickly sent ice up to the room when requested. everything else was perfect!!
La qualité du service (personnel très agréable et discret), l’emplacement, la propreté, les infrastructures (piscine, transats, petits coins un peu partout, la chambre avec vue mer après un surclassement), la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking de l’hôtel avec un voiturier au petit soin (15€ par jour pour le stationnement).
Le buffet est un peu en dessous pour un 5 étoiles
Nous avons aimé les deux grandes piscines, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel
Le petit déjeuner et le dîner pris sous forme de buffet étaient excellents
Le restaurant « à la carte » le soir est exceptionnel
La plage de l’hôtel n’est pas très jolie, il y a énormément de cailloux, l’emplacement de l’hôtel a l’extérieur de La ville n’est pas des plus charmant. Il y a de plus belles plages et des villages plus typiques partout ailleurs en Crète.
La piscine de l’hotel pas toujours bien nettoyée..
Le manque de place dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires de toilettes
Nous avons manqué d’ombre à la piscine (les parasols sont trop petits), pareil si on souhaite boire un verre dehors, les espaces manquent cruellement d’ombre.
Modern, very clean, relaxing, super friendly staff (especially at the bar), comfy beds, great cocktails!
We didn’t dislike anything but the addition of a couple of activities like pool and table tennis would be a nice addition. There were plenty of teens/fun adults who might like a little activity between the relaxation time.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at! Its location so close to Rethymno but yet in a more secluded and less ‘bad touristy’ area. The easy beach access on a gorgeous sandy beach without an overcrowded space where people do not pre-book sunbeds was our favourite aspect. The customer service team and the restaurant management team has to be called out, you never feel overwhelmed, there is a professional calmness and care for every single client’s experience, up to the point that some people would remember our room number and our group and followed up daily to make sure we were having a good time. The food is incredible, we decided to eat in 3 days out of 5 since the dinner buffet was delivered to a high standard with great variety and flavour, it was a very much refined taste. The rooms are incredibly spacious, well organised and high quality as well, the bed is very comfortable and you have a choice of pillows. The customer service ladies recommended a local guide which was THE highlight of our trip, professional and knowledgeable, the hotel seems to work with a filtered group of suppliers. The 2 pools ensure people are well spread out around the grounds without feeling cramped and stressed out.
Live music 3 days out of the 5 we were there and what a nice touch, not a cringe band, the complete opposite, sophisticated duo, band and sax player that added to the refined luxury experience.

We loved the hotel and how it was right on the beach. The staff were amazing and looked after us so well.
This is only a very small thing but an important environmental one - maybe consider switching from plastic straws which come in plastic coverings to paper straws and have a water cooler where guests can refill their own water bottles to reduce the amount of plastic used.
The calmness but the beach could be calmer
