Friendly staff, great room, good location.
Pros:

1. Staff are all friendly and approachable.

8. Complimentary snacks (slices of wraps) and drinks served by the pool during the day. Excellent touch.

Cons:

1. Spa experiance.
Booked a facial and pedicure. Facial was ok.
Pedicure was very disappointing. X2 coats, No top coat. Chipped within 3 hours. Nail polish was 2 Euro from the drug store (literally went into old town and bought the same brand/shade).

2. Breakfast and bar food was average
3. Food in restaurants extremely expensive, recommend eating out at places along the strip, better food and better value for money.

Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff who made us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped in the door. Room gorgeous, beautifully designed. Pools great. Great beach beds available. Food consistently high quality and restaurant areas lovely. Felt very private whilst right on the beach. Quiet and relaxing.

Great honeymoon location.
Pros:

We loved the hotel for our honeymoon, its location by the beach, and our room was fantastic with a swim up room and the staff were incredible. The ones that particularly stood out was Nikos, Vivi and Eirini. They were all very attentive and made our staff the best ever. The food and drinks were exceptional. And we loved the beach beds set up and by the main pool, if possible a lounger on the balcony of the rooms would be ideal.

Cons:

There isnt really a bar with any screens or entertainment as the occasional music evenings is just by the pool bar, so possibly a more lively entertainment area or bar. We were on our break after our wedding so we were exhausted and not looking for the entertainment each evening but just thinking if we were to go back which we would love to do that would be the only addition we would look for.

Fantastic hotel with superb service

Amazing service.
Good variety at buffets.
Clean and modern rooms.
Quick room clean if requested.
During the day staff to around the pool to hand out iced tea and a small snack which is a nice touch.
Late checkout was not available for our room but we were given another room for the same late checkout price. This was really appreciated as our flight was very late in the evening.

Cons:

Storage space in rooms was limited. Worked fine for us once we got used to it.

Glass shower screen door was short which meant a lot of water went on the bathroom floor. Just a small annoyance as they changed all the towels daily.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier, was schon für das Hotel spricht. Es passt einfach alles:
Das moderne Design, die wunderschönen Zimmer inkl. Turndownservice, die Restaurants und Bars und vor allem der tolle Poolbereich und traumhafte Strand mit glasklarem Wasser.
Dazu kommt das Personal, das diesen Ort familiär und zu einer Wohlfühloase macht.
Wenn man also wirklich entspannen möchte und sich um nichts Gedanken machen, ist man hier genau richtig!

Pros:

La vicinanza alla spiaggia e la sua cura come la cura di tutta la struttura sempre pulita e ordinata. Disponibilità del personale top, sempre cortesi ed educati. Il servizio garage ottimo. Colazione a buffet ottima, sia varietà che qualità dei cibi.

Cons:

Palestra troppo piccola e WiFi non ottimale.
