地點方便 出門過一個路口就有1號公車 接駁到車站及各景點非常方便；附近有亞洲超市及住宿樓下左邊也有超市 房間很大 有簡易廚房設備，浴室與廁所分開的 很乾淨

A perfect getaway home
Pros:

The open concept design & layout of the apartment was very efficient and makes the apartment feel very spacious and comfortable. Furnishings were discreet and tasteful. It's also amply equipped for travellers and made us feel right at home.

Located in a quiet area just outside the Old Town centre, the tram line no. 1 runs right in front of the apartment and the stop is a very short walk away. There is a small sundry shop right downstairs and a small Etsan supermarket nearer the tram station. There's also a data sim card shop near Etsan. All very essential for settling in when you first arrive. There is also a big Lidl Supermarket walking distance away. The Flix bus stop to Graz is also nearby.

The staff were also very helpful and responsive. We asked for a new frying pan for the induction hob as the existing one was incompatible. They brought a new one over the next day. When that too was incompatible, they brought another new one over the next day. We stayed for 10 nights. Halfway through our stay, the staff came to clean and tidy up the unit. Service was superb.

By the way, Tram line 1 brings you right to the old town centre and more. Just a few stops so it's very conveniently located.

Cons:

The view from the balcony is the only drawback as it faces the inner courtyard crammed in with balconies of many other adjoining blocks. Not one to hangout in.

Pros:

Přijeli jsme dřív a mohli jsme počkat v přízemní v čekací místnosti, pohodlne vybavené.
Komunikace byla vždy velmi rychlá a vstřícná. Ubytování je na lince tramvaje c. 1, která jezdí přímo do centra. Obchod 50 metrů od ubytování.

Pros:

cheap than other place

Cons:

1. hard to check-in: because it need to be oneline check-in, but they noticed us before 3 days(when we are traveling, so hard to check)
2. hard to contect: e-mail, phone number, booking.com message all not working in weekend(though our check-in is at weekend)

Though we are waiting 1 hour, but cannot enter. If the customers are not oneline-check, they should ready to contect, but they are not. So we cannot enter the room :(
