No tan siquiera se acercaron por allí.No vi a nadie.

Toilet seat very wobbly!
Room was really small & it was hard to walk up the side of the bed.
As we do not drink alcohol it would be nice if an alternative was left in the room.

Not enough space for cases and clothes

This is not a hotel! It is a room run by a management agency, AirBnB style. There are zero hotel-wide services and facilities; so no reception desk, no on-site restaurant, no hotel bar, no gym, no swimming pool. To call it a 4* Hotel is very misleading.

There are good in-room facilities but ours was missing basic amenities such as somewhere to hang wet towels after a shower (there was one waist height double-hook for a hand towel by the sink). The "wardrobe" was half sized/height so nowhere to hang dresses or other longer items unless you rested them crumpled on the shelf below. The safe was locked / non-operational upon arrival, but fixed upon reporting the next day. The cleaners turned up around 9.30am each day, which was too early for us, so the room went uncleaned for the few days we were there.

Our flight arrived after 9pm (as scheduled), which we'd informed the 'hotel' of in advance. They advised us to get in touch on a couple of local numbers upon entering the old town. Nobody warned us that you can only enter the old town on foot. Nobody offered to arrange for a golf cart to meet us at a gate and transport us and our luggage to the 'hotel'. Nobody met us at the hotel despite informing them, on the numbers provided, that we were in a taxi from the airport, then when we'd reached the old town, and finally when we were actually outside the hotel. An elderly lady living in an adjacent room let us in after we pressed the only buzzer a couple of times. She had a key to our room which suggests this is their 'plan B', when the agency staff don't get there in time. We were mortified that we'd clearly woken her up. Someone from the agency did arrive but only after we'd settled in and were about to get into bed, by which time we had no use for them. An unfortunate start to an otherwise pleasant stay, but hardly surprising given there is no physical reception desk or keysafe.

-Music from the clubs till 14:30 (maybe because it was weekend ??) There is nothing to be done about ,it is part of this beautiful location.
-it is unique, boutique but not a hotel at all
- Staff is only the cleaning ladies that ask you to leave by 11:00. Nobody else present for any type of request or communication (thank God there is an old sweet lady living downstairs)
- Not problem for us that we have small luggage, but for big luggage travellers a transport to the facility should be offered.
- the google map location of the property sent in the information email is WRONG. If you follow that one in narrow streets ending in a wrong location you will have a bad start to your holiday.

Too close to Mozaik Cockail bar which blasted music every night until 02:30am.
Even with the doors and windows closed this noise could still be heard.
Staff not helpful, advised that it was a 10minute walk from the ferry terminal, it wasn’t. No offer of a pick up from there when we arrived from Symi.
Rep turned up at the property to give us info about the property in a golf type buggy.
Also saw other tourists being transported to their hotels on the Rodos Transport golf type carts, why not us?
A mature couple dragging luggage from the ferry port up through the town to Chateaux Anax in 30degree heat, not ideal.
Also asked about keeping our luggage at the property until 3pm, after check out at 12. Advised to take luggage to another hotel for this! Some sort of joke? No, expected us to drag our luggage through the streets once again.
Felt really pressured to leave the property at exactly 12 o’clock on checkout with the cleaners banging on the door at exactly 12.
They didn’t seem keen on waiting an extra 5 minutes.
Very disappointing indeed.

There was a musty smell in the room because it could not be ventilated due to the lack of a mosquito net. other than that, it is a good hotel in terms of location and the room size is comfortable.

The bathroom gave little privacy and doors felt not fitted securely. Loo seat very loo.
