Nice hotel, good price
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the city center, next to the metro station. The guy is super nice, and advised good restaurants next to the hotel. Lovely Rooftop at the 5th floor, especially the night with a spectacular view on the Partenone. Rooms are clean and really modern.

Cons:

Despite the windows in the room are really beautiful they doesn’t really cut the noise from outside, so especially in the morning you can hear all the noise (especially a rooster on top of the building next to it). Plus the street from behind doesn’t feel really safe, bad looking faces next to it, use the main street to access.

Pros:

Large, modern and clean room. Has all the basics required.

Cons:

This location is in the heart of the red light district, unfortunately I did not see this mentioned in previous reviews prior to booking, as this would definitely have affected my choice.
Evening and night time, walking nearby streets felt particularly unsafe. Even through the daytime, we regularly saw groups of people injecting drugs, and saw discarded used needles in the streets.
We purchased the breakfast as part of our stay in advance. However there are no dining facilities at this location, and reception staff didn't know anything about pre-booked breakfast. We contacted the premises via booking app to ask, and only then did they send a link with the breakfast choices, which came via justeat type service. The 1st day it arrived over an hour late, and it was always cold.

Pros:

The room was clean, modern, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful, answered online or personally all my questions. I really appreciated the breakfast. If I am in Athens again, i will stay there again.
Lot of referencies are saying about not very safe locality. I did not notice anything. Metro station is about 3mins walking distance and we did not spend around any time.

Fijn verblijf ligging is zeer goed bij metro. Ontbijt zou ik niet meer bijboeken. Ramen houden onvol
Pros:

Ontbijt : te veel zoetigheid en eieren. Dus eenzijdig. 2 keer een alternatief gevraagd voor de pannekoeken. Slechts 1 keer gekregen.

Cons:

Veel lawaai van de baan vlakbij. Gekend probleem leek ons want oordopjes lagen klaar.

Goede locatie en fijn personeel.
Pros:

Behulpzaamheid van het personeel is geweldig, persoonlijk en zoals dienstverlening behoort te zijn.

Ligging is goed, metro dichtbij....naar het centrum lopen kan ook.

Cons:

Het hotel licht aan een drukke weg, hierdoor hoor je het verkeer duidelijk. Goede slapers slapen er door heen, lichte slapers wennen er niet zo snel aan.
