Pros:

Large, modern and clean room. Has all the basics required.

Cons:

This location is in the heart of the red light district, unfortunately I did not see this mentioned in previous reviews prior to booking, as this would definitely have affected my choice.
Evening and night time, walking nearby streets felt particularly unsafe. Even through the daytime, we regularly saw groups of people injecting drugs, and saw discarded used needles in the streets.
We purchased the breakfast as part of our stay in advance. However there are no dining facilities at this location, and reception staff didn't know anything about pre-booked breakfast. We contacted the premises via booking app to ask, and only then did they send a link with the breakfast choices, which came via justeat type service. The 1st day it arrived over an hour late, and it was always cold.

Pros:

The room was clean, modern, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful, answered online or personally all my questions. I really appreciated the breakfast. If I am in Athens again, i will stay there again.
Lot of referencies are saying about not very safe locality. I did not notice anything. Metro station is about 3mins walking distance and we did not spend around any time.

Fijn verblijf ligging is zeer goed bij metro. Ontbijt zou ik niet meer bijboeken. Ramen houden onvol

Ontbijt : te veel zoetigheid en eieren. Dus eenzijdig. 2 keer een alternatief gevraagd voor de pannekoeken. Slechts 1 keer gekregen.

Cons:

Veel lawaai van de baan vlakbij. Gekend probleem leek ons want oordopjes lagen klaar.

Goede locatie en fijn personeel.
Pros:

Behulpzaamheid van het personeel is geweldig, persoonlijk en zoals dienstverlening behoort te zijn.

Ligging is goed, metro dichtbij....naar het centrum lopen kan ook.

Cons:

Het hotel licht aan een drukke weg, hierdoor hoor je het verkeer duidelijk. Goede slapers slapen er door heen, lichte slapers wennen er niet zo snel aan.

Cons:

.a. Bettlampe. auch nach 5 Tagen schafft es das Personal nicht, die Glühbirne zu erneuern.

b. Da es keinen Frühstücks-Raum gibt, muss man im Zimmer frühstücken. Dazu sollte wenigstens auf Wunsch ein 2. Stuhl gebracht werden.

c. Defekter Safe wurde repariert - allerdings erst am 2.Tag.

d. Frühstücksangebot ist ok. Es wird von einem Lieferservice zum Zimmer gebracht. Nachteil: Ich muss am Abend bereits beschließen, wie lange ich am Morgen schlafen möchte. Dieser Zwang ist nicht wirklich urlaubsgerecht.

e. Am Abend vor der Abreise stellt sich heraus, dass der Lieferservice erst ab 7 Uhr liefert. Es gibt kein Angebot für Reisende, die früher abreisen müssen. Auch das Hotel Management weiß keine Abhilfe. Es ist aber auch nicht bereit, den Preis für das ausfallende Frühstück zu erstatten.

f. Ttrotz angeblicher Schallschutzfenster war der Verkehrslärm laut.

Pros:

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! The room was of a comfortable size and super clean!
The breakfast options were filling enough - the banana bread muffin was delicious!
The view of the Acropolis from the roof top was breathtaking.
The building is a very short walk from the metro station!

Cons:

Unfortunately the area is not Ideal, I wouldn't recommend walking alone towards town, especially at nighttime. If you are happy to use the metro - which I was happy to do so - you will be fine, it's a 2 min walk on the main street so no feeling unsafe at all.
As it is located just off the main street it can get noisy at night, earplugs were provided!

My stay was exceptional
Pros:

The rooms were spotless, the location was exactly what I wanted to explore all around Athens, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was served in the room and was absolutely delicious. I will definitely choose Iasonos Suites again when I return to Athens! Thank you for everything!
