Большое количество плюсов, особенно чистота, комфорт, обслуживание. Комплекс в виде большого жилого квартала. Быстрая реакция персонала на вопросы и просьбы.
Минусов явных точно нет, но можно меню сделать более разнообразным, в полупансион напитки(в том числе вода) не входят, ванны на открытой террасе две и они закреплены за разными номерами плюс вид на горы слегка прикрывают провода с аутентичным столбом.
Beau petit hôtel boutique dans un très beau village. La piscine est un plus. Le lit confortable. Le design et la déco soignés. Très bon petit déjeuner.
Un vrai café barista au déjeuner aurait respecté le standard de l’hôtel, et non un café d’une machine automatique. Un peu plus de de produits dans les chambres ( ex: crème hydratante)

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per non stare nel caos della capitale. Struttura bellissima con atmosfera incantevole, personale cordiale e gentile, camere belle e spaziose. Ristorante veramente ottimo!

L’insonorisation de notre chambre laissait à désirer, c’était très moyen pour une prestation 5 étoiles.

The breakfast buffet lacked 5 star quality. The food was amazing but the room the breakfast is served in is so small it makes getting your breakfast a challenge in the morning.
Um espaço super agradável, bem decorado e pensado. A localização é excelente para evitar a confusão de Heraklion. O pequeno-almoço, assim como jantar no Bistro foram incríveis.

הבריכה המשותפת היתה קטנה לא מזמינה (עולים במדרגות כדי להגיע אליה )
וילה אחת היתה מכונת קפה
וילה שנייה לא היתה, אמרנו להם ולא עשו עם זה דבר.
ארוחת הבוקר במקום קסום אבל הוגשה בחדר קטנטן, צפוף, האוכל לא בשפע ולא תואם לרמה של 5 כוכבים.
בחדר האוכל לא היה מיזוג וזה בעייתי בקיץ.
גם קבלת החדרים והלובי הוא בחדר קטן צפוף , לא ניתן חהיות יוצר משני אנשים בו זמנית בקבלה.
אפשר לעשות את הלובי קבלת חדרים במתחם של הבר
וגם את ארוחת הבטקר למקם באחד המתחמים המרווחים של חדר האוכל ולא בחדר צפוף.
