Pros:

The location is exceptional near everything, you can walk to reach most of things, the staff were very helpful and decent specially Crystal who always offers help with all needed details.
The breakfast was really nice and the room size was very good and clean.

Cons:

The room did not have a closed closet it's only a hanger, the shower should have a door or something to prevent water from diffusion on the bathroom floor.

This is an interesting boutique hotel close to Monesteraki Square.
Pros:

The location was great for getting to local sites. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. Not a fan of the platform bed though. A little noisy at night from the bar next door. Staff was awesome!!

Cons:

We didn’t like the late night noise and all the graffiti on the buildings.

Nada... De lo peor, solo justifican con mentiras

Cons:

Nuestra estancia fue una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante debido a los numerosos problemas de higiene detectados. Desde nuestra llegada, la habitación presentaba un aspecto descuidado y muy diferente a lo que esperábamos. Dejamos nuestras maletas y salimos a realizar un tour. Sin embargo, lo más preocupante ocurrió al regresar por la noche: después de ducharme, encontré varios pelos pequeños en la cama, algo totalmente inaceptable para una habitación que supuestamente había sido limpiada y preparada para nuevos huéspedes.
Este hallazgo encendió todas las señales de alerta y nos hizo perder por completo la confianza en las condiciones de limpieza del alojamiento. Como huéspedes, no tenemos forma de verificar los procedimientos internos del hotel; únicamente podemos evaluar el estado en que recibimos la habitación, y este no cumplía con los estándares mínimos de higiene esperados. El papel del baño a nuestra llegada ya estaba utilizado.
La explicación recibida por parte del hotel, indicando que tienen personas externas encargadas de lavar las sábanas, eso no resultó convincente ni resolvió nuestra preocupación. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que no habían habitaciones, solo cambio de sábanas, sentimos que fuimos una burla y que fue minimizada esa situación que debería tratarse con la maxima seriedad. Además, observamos otras deficiencias de limpieza como una toalla de baño doblada en el piso. Anexo fotos. Debido a la falta de confianza en las condiciones de la habitación, nos vimos obligados a abandonar el hotel durante la madrugada, afectando seriamente nuestro descanso antes de un vuelo internacional.
Pagamos por una habitación limpia, segura y adecuada para descansar. Lo que recibimos estuvo muy por debajo de cualquier estándar razonable de higiene y servicio. Compartimos esta experiencia para que otros viajeros revisen si está todo limpio, y para que el establecimiento revise de manera urgente sus protocolos de limpieza y control de calidad.

Krystal at the front desk is really awesome - very friendly, efficient, and helpful
There is a storage room, which is not common in similar Athens hotels

Cons:

We did not like the design of the room - to our mind it looks industrial/raw, and was not comfortable. The hotel looks dark and gloomy.
The area is quite noisy, but when we shut the windows it was reasonable and we could sleep
Breakfast can be significantly better
