Pros:

La atencion de la recepcionista el día 01de junio de 2025 fue muy mala, las instalaciones no son muy limpias, los cuartos huelen a humedad, las sábanas y fundas no se ven limpias, no hay citófono por lo que no es posible comunicrse con recepcion, no tiene tv cable y la tv es con internet y este se cae. En general, no es bueno el hotel en cuanto a instalaciones y atención.

What I like the most was the fact that it's very quiet. It was great not to hear any noise in the room. At any time of the day the place was quiet. I loved that!

Pros:

It’s an old Colombian apartment building patched up to be a hotel. It’s uncomfortable. It’s spooky and not a place to stay on vacation. And they charged me extra 10$. They claimed it was a fee for Expedia.
