This is a great place to stay in Taipei
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond everyday. The location is perfect close to an MRT station. Pool/sauna a plus after sightseeing.

Cons:

This was my second time staying at the hotel. It’s a nice property, well located next to the metro station. However, there were a few issues during this stay that I was not happy with.

On our anniversary, my husband sent a bouquet of flowers from overseas, which arrived at around 3pm. He had specifically asked the staff to deliver them to my room, knowing I wouldn’t be back at the hotel until very late. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I was not informed in any way and only found out the next morning when I went to reception to report a blocked shower. At that point, I was told that my husband had sent flowers and that they would be delivered to my room later.

When I returned to my room, the flowers had arrived along with a note asking me to collect them from reception — a message that should have been communicated the day before. My husband was understandably very upset, as he had called multiple times on the day of delivery and again in the evening after tracking showed it hadn’t been completed, requesting that the flowers be delivered to my room.

In addition, the shower drainage was blocked for three days, and I had to request twice before it was finally fixed, also a couple of aminties were not filled during our 8 days stay.

Overall, while the location is great, the service during this stay was a tad disappointing.

大満足！
Pros:

フロントや清掃の方々、みなさんフレンドリーでした。お部屋もとても快適で備え付けのアメニティ（シャンプー等）や寝具類もクオリティが高いもので満足です。室内の冷蔵庫に無料ドリンクがあり大変助かりました。また、立地も利便性が良い場所ですし、どこに行くにもバス、地下鉄、レンタル自転車、どれもすぐにアクセスできます。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

テレビモニタが窓の真ん中に備え付けられているので、ベッドからは見やすいですが移動できずそこだけ可動式だと嬉しいです。
部屋の照明ボタンがよくわからず慣れるまで時間がかかりました。
