La reserva indicaba dos camas queen solo había 1 cama queen . El aire acondicionado se apagaba y no enfriaba. O enfriaba mucho en otros momentos . Soy alérgico a los ácaros y pasé con alergia a pesar de las pastillas durante varios días!

Cons:

El colchón muy incómodo, y le hacían mal aseo a la habitación, ósea era evidente que no era bueno el aseo cada día, el desayuno terrible, sin sabor, servían frío, huevos sin sal, muy mal servicio en el restaurante y un día estábamos en la habitación, en la mañana y una señora que trabajaba en el hotel se entró a la habitación sin golpear y sin ninguna autorización, muy malo el servicio.
