Aesthetics, brand of their toiletries, fully equip kitchen and the quality of everything inside the room
Room is dark, lighting can’t be brighten, if you need additional towels you have to request it during a specific period of time. Given the price of the room, you expect a 24 hrs in house service. Also with the price I expect more than free coffee and tea which is the bare minimum of all hotels. There’s even no free bottled water which is usually available in standard hotel chain. I paid premium so I was expecting a premium experience.

Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf einee Mauer / Durchgang, man musste den Rollladen runterlassen um nicht ausgestellt zu sein - allerdings kam dorr wuasi niemand vorbei, daher nicht schlimm.
We loved everything about this rental! Finally, a unit that matched the pictures and description as listed! Great location, nicely decorated, well appointed and spotless. Our hosts were considerate and provided great check in and out information.

The self check in and out did not go as smoothly. No keys with Fob attached making it difficult to follow. instructions. Also someone was parked in our assigned spot and I had some difficulty contacting someone to sort out this
It was a unique very fun experience! Very clean well appointed comfortable relaxing with so many nice touches. Very unusual for a hotel at this price point.
