A very nice hotel, well located, with a welcoming, helpful and truly attentive team. A special thank you to Katerina and the whole team for finding an AirPod we had left behind and taking the time to send it to our home. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service!

We highly recommend M City Hotel and would happily stay here again.

Bella e positiva sorpresa
Pros:

Stanza pulita, moderna, con balcone e stendino. Essendo in famiglia (con 2 ragazzi) il fatto di avere praticamente due stanze divise da una porta era molto comodo. Molto gentile e premuroso il personale. Colazione a buffet abbondante e soddisfacente. A poca distanza dal centro vero e proprio, si arriva a piedi tranquillamente

Cons:

Il divano letto non era soddisfacente, materasso troppo sottile. Se si deve stare una settimana, diventa troppo scomodo. Il caffè /capuccino della colazione (con macchina self service) non è decente, da migliorare.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal porto, dai ristoranti e negozi. Perfetta per chi arriva con la macchina e necessità di un parcheggio. Struttura moderna con tutti i servizi.

Pros:

Accoglienza del personale, posizione strategica per raggiungere a pochi metri il centro del porto veneziano, pulizia e comfort.

Cons:

Colazione buona ma poco varia, migliorare la macchina delle bevande: espresso, cappuccino, caffè macchiato erano di bassa qualità.

Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολύ καλή, κεντρική τοποθεσία. Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικότατο και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Cons:

Το πάρκινγκ είναι απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο και οι πελάτες πληρώνουν 10 ευρώ την ημέρα συμμετοχή. Δεν είναι μεγάλο το ποσό και δεδομένης της κίνησης στα Χανιά είναι απαραίτητο. Το αναφέρω απλώς καθώς για κάποιους μπορεί να είναι σημαντική πληροφορία.
