Value for money, breakfast and restaurant staff needs some guidance.
Pros:

Welcoming reception, well kept room and facilities.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet options and general attitude of the restaurant staff. I was traveling with family. Appears that they are not used to family guests - they usually deal with business visitors.

The stay was more than wonderful — comfortable, peaceful, and very relaxing. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was very quiet and convenient for reaching any destination easily, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I honestly did not find anything I disliked except that the hotel transportation service was quite expensive. That was my mistake, as you can easily use taxi applications available in Jordan, which are much more affordable than the hotel transportation service.

Ambassador was a good choice!
Pros:

I liked the investment of my money for a good choice close to my destination, the comfortable rooms, the cozy atmosphere, the coffee and the renewal of the hotel compared to my previous staying a few years ago!

Cons:

Somethings that I didn't like:
- No connected rooms for the family.
- I got a double price for a taxi ride from the receptionist, then after some discussion, I got a better price!
- Although the breakfast was good and contained different types of food, some elements were not fresh!

definitely recommended and would love to stay again.
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience staying here. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the room was spotless, and the hospitality was exceptional. The hotel has a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. Highly recommended for families and couples alike
