אין מזגנים והיה נורא חם, מאוורר זה לא מספיק.
חוץ מזה התקלקל לנו המקרר ביום השני ולמרות שדיווחנו לא באו להחליף.

Very happy in Karel IV - again 🥰💃
Pros:

This was my second stay and I really love how caring and nice everyone always is, making sure I am comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, very good bed, I am definitely going to book with Karel IV again for my next time in Turnov.

Všechno bezva
Výjimečný hotel a personál velmi ochotný Slečna i mladý muž, který nám varnou konvici zapůjčil s velkou ochotou
Děkujeme a určitě se vrátíme
(Ještě nesmím zapomenout na bezva bazén)👍

Jediné co nás překvapilo,tak pes v jídelně a taky velká škoda, že nejsou obědy .
