Pros:

Výborná snídaně, velmi příjemný personál.

Cons:

Špatně odhlučněné pokoje - rušila mě večer cizí televize, v noci cizí chrápání a ráno vrzající podlaha a dupání.

מלון מקסים שכיף להתארח בו. הכל מתוחזק, נקי ומבריק. הצוות מדהים, שירותי וחייכן שגרם לנו להרגיש בבית מהרגע הראשון. החדרים מרווחים מאוד, המיטות נוחות ואיכותיות, וארוחת הבוקר מצוינת. שירות ללא דופי, מומלץ בחום!

Camere molto semplici ma pulite e confortevoli.
Confortevoli anche le parti comuni con bar self-service.
Comodo il parcheggio proprio dietro all'hotel. Colazione molto curata in stile nordeuropeo con ampia scelta di cibi salati. Ottimi suggerimenti dello staff per i ristoranti cittadini poiché quello dell'hotel è aperto solo per la colazione.

Veľmi mily personal. Moznost pouzitia vycapu a spolocenskej miestnosti aj ked personal nebol pritomni.

Cons:

Mohlo by byt niekde uvedene, ze wellnes je casovo obmedzeny, kedze ho recepcny musi ist zapnut/vypnut a je spoplatneny. Tesili sme sa na neho, ale s vecerou by sme to uz casovo nestihli.

Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Balkon. Lift.

Cons:

Ich suche jeweils Hotels mit Restaurant. Hier war das Restaurant nur mittags offen, was in der Ausschreibung nicht ersichtlich ist. Für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung gibt's nach Aussagen des Angestellten am Empfangspult nur Restaurants ausserhalb Reichweite. Die Gehbehinderung war angekündigt.

Pokoj parádní včetně vybavení!. Snídaně luxusní! Personál milý a doptávající se zdali je vše v pořádku - palec nahoru! Pobyt jsme si moc užili a pokud do Turnova v budoucnu znovu zavítáme, tak v ubytování máme jasnou volbu - Hotel Karel IV. je jasná volba!

Adequate if you can take the noise.
Pros:

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, large and clean room.

Cons:

The reception is modern, and the bathroom in the room is new, but otherwise the room is old, albeit kept clean and functional. I'd have liked a fridge in the room, which is normal for hotels of a similar standard in the country. Walls very thin - I could hear the TV in the neighbouring room very loudly, and combined with the road noise I got very little sleep the first night. Reception closes at 8pm so I had nowhere to go to see if a quieter room was available.

Zimmer sauber - jeden Tag gereinigt! Personal sehr freundlich- Frühstück ausreichend und es wird auch immer aufgefüllt! Hotel super Lage- man kommt von dort aus auf verschiedene Wanderwege ! Gerne wieder !

Snídaně byla bohatá, ale velmi mi vadila zapáchající slanina (opékané kousky), která už evidentně k jídlu určitě nebyla
