Pros:

Un ottimo hotel a prezzi molto accessibili in zona centralissima. Si trova al decimo piano di un edificio storico. La ragazze dalla reception sono eccezionali!!! Molto cordiali ed efficienti. In una parola bravissime!

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. L'arrivo è da incubo, un palazzo fatiscente, immondizia dappertutto, gli sputi in ascensore ... una volta arrivati al piano, l'impressione è stata meno drammatica. Camera piccola ma pulita, letto eccellente con biancheria immacolata, ma bagno sconfortante. Il personale comunica tramite il traduttore del cellulare (in pieno centro, e neanche una parola di inglese?). Abbiamo faticosamente chiesto di avere, per il giorno dopo, la colazione d'asporto, ma la mattina seguente l'addetto alla reception era cambiato e non aveva la minima idea di che cosa stessimo parlando ...

Pros:

Localização ótima, embora fique no 10⁰ andar de um predio. Roupa de cama excelente. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem grandes. Havia armário, frigobar, água quente e ar condicionado. O café da manhã era fraco e limitado. A equipe era gentil. O prédio assusta um pouco, mas o hotel é acima da média para o que a gente encontra no Cairo com o mesmo preço. A região onde fica o hotel é bem movimentada e tem bom comércio. Fica perto do antigo museu do Cairo.

Good location and brkfst, nothing else
Pros:

I booked for 3 beds so i can used for our luggage items but the manager insisted that i requested, i said, i paid for 3 beds…he said NO i requested it, i asked for extra pillows but never got. This is a round down bldg, good location and breakfast. Nothing else.

This is not a 5 star. The description of the rooms were inaccurate. The owner was trying to hassle to get more money from me when I actually already included my son in the room. I really wanted to give a good review however the location sa in a dingy scary building. Hard to find the location

Great hotel
Pros:

Enjoyed the hotel it was in a great location and easy to get around. The people at the front desk were so helpful and nice. My room was clean and comfortable. They serve a nice free breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay so much we extended it to 5 more days. The women at the front were so sweet and helpful. The room was nice and clean the beds comfortable. Great place to stay centrally located so easy to find and close to everything.

Pros:

Its in a great location and easy to get around. Staff is very nice and room was great comfortable bed and large room. Enjoyed it so much decide to book remainder of my vacation here instead of getting a hotel by the pyramids.

Great atmosphere with greet welcome
Pros:

We were greeted by Mario at 5am , he was very friendly and welcoming. The room was up-graded for free which we appreciated very much. Clean and comfortable place. Breakfast was good fir the price. I thank Nermine the lady covering the reception that morning, she amazing, very friendly, welcoming, made us feel at home. Thank you wassim boutique for your choice of staff 😁😁
