It's not too far away from Hobart city or the airport. And it's 5 min from Sorell. I like the facilities onsite and the careful planning of the estate to have fruit trees, animals and I can see a lavender field in the works. Everything is carefully planned with a vision of what it could be in the future, a family friendly, escape from the city while not that far from the city. It's considered a convenient location if you are driving. Amazing views, great tranquility. They even have a stargazing session tho for a fee which I didn't attend to.
The rooster that crow on 4.30am, 5.30am and 6.30am when the sky is still dark... But I guess that is part of farm experience?

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Iron Creek Bay Estate. Everything is very well thought out, animals add to the fun 🤩
TV’s were not in English - We couldn’t work them out.

Booked this place fory parents 50th wedding anniversary as the last stop before heading back to Sydney.
Should have booked as the first and only place.
Parents adored it. My partner was their driver and said it was his highlight.
The restaurant and waiter, my dad said, was his best experience 💌 and what made their entire trip. They are now planning for the next trip back❣️. Well done 👍

Beautiful views of farm animals and water the animals were well cared for close to wedding venues the room was clean
Bathroom flooded rooms are close together was hard to work out how things worked took a while to heat up the unit the parking was awful and was overpriced

Advised to close ceiling window and bedroom window from highway noise early in the morning
Quiet, feeding animals and the walking track.
Restaurant was not open on the day we stayed so had no dinner had to go into Sorell.
