Wonderful experience and great view from our room over the bay. Sunset was gorgeous. The parade of animals outside the room was very entertaining! Would be an ideal place with kids.
Restaurant had a hard close at 8pm so we weren’t able to have dinner… but the breakfast was good.

The location is convenient and it is in a scenic location.
The onsite restaurant is only open for dinner on certain days, meaning one has to go to nearby Sorell for dinner on those evenings. The kitchenette for the rooms is shared with five rooms.
We were lucky to get a great rate on Booking.com and loved everything about this property. The pod room was comfortable, well appointed and the whole site was interesting with good walks through the farm areas. The included breakfast was good value. This is a great location from which to access many major tourist sites in the South East, from Maria Island, to Port Arthur and Richmond. The buildings are beautifully designed.

Our welcome was very warm and helpful (thank you Nick) and we received good instructions for making our way to our room.
I confess that the room was not exactly as I expected - clearly much care has been taken with design, with good quality materials, many modern touches and grouped in blocks of 5. Another positive is a communal food preparation area within the block, so we were able to make our own salad dinner with good crockery and cutlery.
However, inexplicably the windows are not positioned facing the view, but at the wall of the neighbouring block of rooms, making it feel somewhat small and claustrophobic.
Nevertheless, the location is great - a short walk down to the waterfront revealed a spectacular view and it was lovely in the early morning.
The restaurant for breakfast was great - the staff are incredible warm and helpful, the view is marvellous and the food was good.
