بشكل عام، كانت الإقامة جيدة، خاصة أن موقع الفندق قريب ومميز، كما أن مستوى النظافة كان جيدًا. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق إعادة

كان موقع الفندق رائعًا جدًا، حيث يقع في وسط السوق مما جعل الوصول إلى الأماكن المحيطة سهلًا وممتعًا. كما كانت جودة الأثاث ممتازة، والمراتب والمخدات مريحة جدًا. كذلك كان المطعم لذيذًا ويقدم خيارات متنوعة تناسب مختلف الأذواق.

Cons:

أما الأمور التي لم تعجبني، فأولاً: بما أن الفندق مصنف أربع نجوم، كنت أتوقع توفر خدمة حمل الأمتعة، حتى لو كانت مقابل رسوم إضافية. ورغم وجود مصعد، لم يقم أحد بإبلاغنا عنه إلا في اليوم الأخير من إقامتنا، كما توجد عدة درجات للوصول إلى الاستقبال، وكذلك درجات أخرى عند الوصول إلى الغرف، مما يجعل حمل الأمتعة أمرًا صعبًا. لذلك أقترح توفير خدمة للأمتعة أو على الأقل وضع عربات وحوامل مخصصة لنقلها.

الأمر الآخر الذي لم يعجبني هو وجود بعض الرسومات والإيحاءات ذات الطابع الجنسي في ديكور الفندق، وتحديدًا في ستارة الغرفة، والتي رأيتها غير مناسبة للعائلات ولا تتوافق مع قيمنا الإسلامية وعاداتنا وتقاليدنا. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق إعادة النظر في هذا النوع من الديكورات واستبداله بما يناسب جميع الضيوف.

كما أن خدمة التنظيف كانت متوفرة عند الطلب فقط، وهذا الأمر لم يكن مريحًا بالنسبة لي، وكنت أفضل أن تكون خدمة التنظيف يومية ومنتظمة.

Pros:

Emplacement dans le quartier Latin, plutôt calme. Des vélos autour pour se déplacer, le métro pas trop loin.
Nous avions une chambre en Rez de chaussée donnant sur la cour plutôt agréable et propre. Pas de bouilloire ou machine à café.

Cons:

Un dîner au restaurant avec beaucoup d’attente, des demandes jamais aboutis, nous avons fini par partir.
Accueil plutôt froid et « robotisé » manque de bienveillance.

We would return if we visit Copenhagen again.
Pros:

Nice and accommodating staff and a good breakfast.
Room was large and comfortable and we appreciated the funky decor.

The twin beds in our room were very soft and quite narrow.

לא היה ברור שהמיני בר חינמי רק בערב הראשון , לא היה ברור שצריך לבקש במפורש שינקו את החדר ויחליפו מגבות , היו חסרים לנו נעלי בית מינימליסטים

we had to bring our own luggage in and out of the hotel with a staircase in the middle that forced us to carry the luggage up and down and also on the floor itself there is a bunch of stairs which is cumbersome

Fantastic location, quirky style (very interesting curtains) and super friendly staff.

Only one minor detail - the shower head was not scrubbed, there was a good deal of limescale around the nozzles.
