We would come back in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Breakfast was good the location was great very centrally located to all the things food shopping.

Cons:

I think the only thing that would have been better was the cleaning of the rooms you had to ask for everything. It’s just nice to come back to a clean room and fresh towels.

An enjoyable experience.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Explained everything clearly. Oskar helped with booking a boat trip for us which was kind of him.

Everything. A lovely hotel, excellent facilities, incredibly quiet, with wonderful staff.

Cons:

I liked everything.
Perhaps two comments, a rug by the bed would have been appreciated, and while the lighting is very nice for general ambience, it is too low/dull for tasks, even with all lights turned on. I had to sit by the window to read or apply make up, which made these things difficult to do in the evenings.

The staff could be warmer and more welcoming toward guests. Additionally, the hotel entrance presents some accessibility challenges — guests need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the reception area, and there was no bellhop or porter service available to assist with luggage.

Good place to stay in Copenhagen
Pros:

2nd time in this hotel and I'd probably pick it again in my next time in Copenhagen. Excellent location and lovely staff. They also offered a room upgrade for an insignificant amount of money which was very nice of them.

Cons:

There were some issues with the hot water on both nights, it could have been a lot better.
