I would stay here again & recommend it to friends & family.
Pros:

We felt very welcomed at this hotel. Staff assisted us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. I enjoyed the whimsical decor in the lobby. The air-conditioned room & common spaces, as it was warm while we were there in July.

Cons:

The TV wasn't working in our room despite the efforts to resolve it.

Insgesamt nett in ordentlicher Lage mit sehr bemühten Leuten an der Rezeption. Stylische Themenzimmer, supersauber .
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal unten an der Rezeption, wirklich toll, zudem haben wir ein Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht bekommen.

Cons:

Es war recht teuer für das, was man bekommt. Der Zimmerservice war leider nicht so gut. Die versprochenen Dinge (Teebeutel, Minibar) wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
Wir haben recht teure Räder gemietet, ich musste dreimal wechseln, alle waren schlecht in Schuss, hatten einen Platten, Sattel hielt nicht, Bleche so verbogen, dass sie gegen die Füße stießen - auf keinen Fall die teuren Räder mieten! Woanders buchen.

Vcelku spokojenost.
Pros:

Velmi dobrá snídaně, bar v lobby hotelu, restaurace, velmi milý a ochotný personál. Vynikající umístění v centru hned vedle kruhové věže, nedaleko stanice metra Norreport, kousek od Roseborgu.
Rovněž moderní, neotřelé pojetí hotelu je pěkné a zajímavé s výjimkou koupelny.

Cons:

Jakési moderní pojetí koupelny, kde je umývadlo umístěno přímo v pokoji, ze sprchy je nutno vystoupit do pokoje a tam se utřít a WC je samostatná místnost bez umývadla na ruce.
Rozhodně bychom upřednostili klasickou uzavřenou koupelnu se sprchou, umývadlem a záchodem.
Rovněž osvětlení je slabé, lampičky u postele neposkytují dostatek světla ke čtení.

الفندق كان جدا مريح ونظيف قريب من جميع الاماكن به مكيف وكافية جميل ومطعم، يمكن طلب التنظيف، ويمكنك طلب الماء من الاستقبال، متعاونين جدا

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location, the atmosphere of the hotel and kindes of the staff. I have stayed in a few of the 25 hours hotels in Europe and I always loved to stay. The even upgraded me which was very nice.Hope to come again to this hotel for a longer stay
