Pros:

The location and design of the hotel inside were excellent and attention to detail including complimentary drinks / nuts in the room was a super touch would highly recommend the restaurant as well.

Un endroit parfait pour relaxer à Copenhague
Pros:

Emplacement idéal et petit-déjeuner délicieux. La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée et très confortable. Je recommande vraiment pour son emplacement au coeur de la ville et près des boutiques!

Pros:

Minden tökéletes! Csodás személyzet. Tökéletes szoba. Nagyon jó reggeli! Legjobb lokáció!

Cons:

Illatosítani lehetne. Régi az épület ezért enyhén állott a levegő, Törölközők kissé elhasználtak.

Nice hotel, missing some points.
Pros:

Great location and lovely communal areas. The hotel room was large and had a cool view. They refilled the fridge on request, which was nice.

Cons:

Towels too small, only one pillow provided each, no room service, didn’t clean the room unless asked, incredibly noisy outside all hours of the night (poor sound insulation on windows).
