Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Amman was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and every member of the staff made us feel truly welcome. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our vacation unforgettable.

A special thank you goes to the lifeguard, Zaid. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He is always attentive, especially when it comes to the children, making sure they are safe at all times while still allowing them to have fun. His dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for the guests really stood out. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that our children were in such safe hands.

Zaid is a true asset to The Ritz-Carlton Amman, and his outstanding service deserves special recognition. We can't wait to come back!
