From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by an exceptional team always professional, respectful, warm, and smiling. The service is consistently outstanding and makes you feel genuinely cared for.

The rooms are extremely spacious, beautiful, and always perfectly clean and well maintained.

I would especially like to mention a few wonderful people who made my stay even more special. Alaa Hassan at the reception was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Nagham was amazing she helped me with restaurant reservations and always made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Basel at the pool was incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and service-oriented.
In fact, everyone I encountered at the hotel was wonderful.

The breakfast is another highlight rich, fresh, and with a huge variety of options. The team truly makes sure you come in happy and leave even happier and completely satisfied.

The Ritz-Carlton Amman has become a hotel I return to again and again because of the people, the service, the comfort, and the attention to every detail.

Thank you to the entire team for always making my stays so special. I will definitely keep coming back! ❤️

Cons:

احد الموظفين في مطعم الغداء دخلت لكي اتناول وجبة الغداء اتجه الي وطلب نمرة الغرفة مرة اوخرا وقال لي ان اقامتي لا تشمل الوجبة
تبين اني كنت دفعت اقامتي مع 3 وجبات لكن لم يتلقو المعلومات من الاستقبال
واكمل اقامتي من دن الوجبات

Having the staff call me by name in public. I know it shows that you care about the individual customer, but what if the customer wants to remain anonymous?! I felt it was too artificial and, to be honest, a security risk.
