Absolument tout était extraordinaire, un service digne du Ritz ! Toute l’équipe est incroyablement serviable, attentionnée et adorable ☺️ Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, très généreux et avec un choix incroyable. Le confort du lit, les équipements, tout était parfait. J’avais même oublié quelques objets et ils avaient soigneusement été mis de côté aux objets trouvés. فندق رائع بخدمات تفوق الوصف A wonderful hotel with services beyond description
Pros:

يعتبر الفندق من فئة السبع نجوم من حيث الخدمات والفخامة بداية من وصولك بسيارتك لباب الفندق وخدمة صف السيارة المجانية والموقف المجاني . وصولاً لأستقبال وخدمة التسجيل برغم من صغر مساحة اللوبي لكنك تفاجئ بعدد الموظفين الكبير الذين لا يجعلوك تحمل شيئ في يدك فكل شيئ يصل لغرفتك مباشرة في أي يوم او وقت تصل فيه للفندق وانت تحمل اكياس التسوق ، اضافة الى فخامة الغرفة ومساحتها الكبيرة ومساحة مرافق دورة المياة من المروش والمغطس و مغسلتين يد وغيرها اضافة الى اطلالة الغرفة . الأفطار كان متميز جداً و متنوع باصناف المأكولات المحلية الاردنية و العربية والعالمية لدرجة انك تجد الكنافة ضمن الحلويات على الافطار . ولم اجد في اي فندق يحضر لك موظفي الافطار نماذج من الاطباق التقليدية والحلويات لتتذوقها دون أن تطلب منهم ذلك .

The hotel is considered a seven-star establishment in terms of service and luxury, starting from the moment you arrive by car at the hotel entrance with complimentary valet parking. Even the reception and check-in service, despite the small lobby, is surprisingly well-staffed, ensuring you don't have to carry anything. Everything is delivered directly to your room, no matter the day or time you arrive, even with shopping bags. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with ample bathroom facilities including a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and more, all with a beautiful view. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of local Jordanian, Arabic, and international dishes, including knafeh among the desserts. I've never seen a hotel where the breakfast staff bring samples of traditional dishes and sweets for you to taste without you even asking.

لا يوجد ملاحظات جوهرية تعيب الفندق او الاقامة به باستثناء السعر المرتفع ولكنك ستجد معاملة واحترام وتقدير وفخامة تستحق مبلغ اقامتك في الفندق .
