Location, relatively new hotel

I dont know from where to start. One pf the worst experience ive had in a hotel in amman. I came to the hotel after a recommendation from my family.
The room service is horrible. You request something you need to wait 30 minutes till getting your request done.
No hot water in my room.
The balcony is not a balcony . Too small that you cant even put a seat in there.
We stayed at 18 floor. The music from the bar in the roof wont let you sleep, we slept at 1 am after the place was closed. You pay a plenty of money to get some rest , instead you cant sleep
The breakfast was so poor, you oreder a coffee that get done in 15 minutes.
I wanted to meet the manager , the guy in the reception told me that he is in a meeting. I waited like an hour in the lobby for the manager that never appeared. Once i gone i spotted him getting out from his office.
A very bad smell was getting out in the room. I had tears in my eyes from the material that was getting out from the ac. It took 30 minutes untill a worker got to the room, once he came he said i dont smell anything, this is air freshener!!!
So rude, no value for money.
I wanted to cancel my second night and move to another hotel. The staff didnt help with that. They refferd me to booking.com to solve the problem. Once i called booking through there phone and they heard what was im saying to the booking assistant the drop off the call.


Shame on this property. Never stay there again. Guys dont be fascinated by the brand. Ritz carlton amman is the worst 5 stars experience ever.
