Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had an amazing experience and would gladly return.

The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable, the pool is inviting

Cons:

There was an inconsistency among the staff—some were very pleasant and friendly, while others were very mechanical; this was quite unexpected for a hotel of this caliber,
The pool closes very early due to weddings—something we didn't know beforehand, and had we known, we might have reconsidered our visit. It is very noisy at night and crowded, again because of the weddings
