Nothing I cahnged hotel to Ibis.

Cons:

It is very dirty hotel. The place is very bad for stay. Doors I couldn't lock. WC and room was dirty and not cleaned. The wind is going through the windows. Breakfast was only one egg. I had to change this hotel to other one, because you can stay in this hotel. Please check the photos and will understand.

I have never written a review in my life, but what happened here forced me to speak up to protect others.

My brother and I stayed at this hotel, and my bag was stolen. When I reported it, the reception staff refused to check the security cameras unless the police requested it. We called the police — and even then, they still refused to open the cameras.

Instead of helping, I was called a liar and accused of creating a problem out of nothing. This is deeply disturbing behavior, especially when a guest reports theft.

This hotel does not make you feel safe. If something happens to your belongings, do not expect support, transparency, or basic human respect.

On top of that:
• Breakfast is extremely poor
• Internet is unreliable and weak
• Staff behavior is rude and dismissive, especially toward women

My flight was in two hours, so I had no choice but to leave. However, I will be filing a formal complaint against the receptionist and management.

If you value your safety, dignity, and peace of mind, stay somewhere else.

Stop over from Istanbul to Goreme.
Pros:

The location is good but a taxi is needed to access most attractions. There are food places very close by.
Nice shower and room warmth.
Breakfast is ok but not extensive.
Overall a good hotel to stay.
Staff are very good.

Bir daha bu otelde konaklamam. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Konum ve personal ilgiliydi, güleryüzlüydü. Çay 24 saat rahatlıkla içe bilirsiniz.

Cons:

Odalar çok çok kirliydi. Yataq çarşafları yırtık ve kirliydi. El havlusu kirliydi, yenisini istedik. Ayak havlusu verdiler. Ailecek konaklayanlara tavsiye etmem. Kahvaltısı tabakdaydı. Dışarda yeniden kahvaltı yapmalısınız.

Pros:

emplacement de l'hotel, gentillesse du personnel qui a réglé mon erreur en réservant deux chambres pour une personne au lieu d'une chambre pour deux personnes pour deux nuits

Cons:

le petit déjeuner pas à notre gout, uniquement du thé pas de café
assortiment de confiture ,beurre , olives, nous n'avons pas l'habitude

Heel fijn hotel! De kamer was schoon en confortabel, en het personeel super vriendelijk.

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen, Bahnhof und Altstadt liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad in unserem Zimmer war allerdings renoviert. Einige Stellen im Zimmer wirken etwas dreckig. Das Frühstück ist zufriedenstellend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Preis-Leistung passt.

Pas de place de parking, on doit se débrouiller ! Un lit cassé, les sanitaires moyens. Les fils électriques apparents dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuné minimaliste.

Otelden öte, otelin bulunduğu muhiti hiç sevmedim. Bana tekin gelmedi. Çevredeki binaların çoğu mekruh. Geceleyin sokak köpekleri sokağı ele geçirmiş durumdaydı.
Otelde ufak tadilatlar yapılmış olmakla birlikte, odadaki eşyalar eskiydi. Klima ve buzdolabı çalışır durumdaydı. Banyo fena olmamakla birlikte, özellikle gider çevresinde temizlik eksikliği vardı. Temizlik yapan personel sabahları temizlik yaparken, odaların önünde rahatsız edecek şekilde yüksek sesle konuşuyordu.
En kötüsü bulunduğum katı ben odadayken ilaçladılar ve ilaç kokusu tüm odamı sardı.
Kahvaltı tabak şeklide veriliyordu. Basit paket gıdalar şeklindeydi. Fotoğraflarını gönderiyorum.
Personelin hiçbirinden kabalık görmedim. Genellikle kibar davrandılar. Personel oteli ayakta tutmak için inanılmaz çaba gösteriyordu. Özellikle mutfak çalışanlarının çabasına şahit oldum.

Genel olarak otelin muhitini sevmediğim için parasını ödediğim halde otelden erken ayrıldım
