Good but not great.
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Area is a bit iffy, but can’t be helped. Good bus links.

Cons:

We had a kettle with 2 cups but no amenities to make a tea or coffee. We had dirty pillows.
