I am impressed with the urban lifestyle

I recently stayed at The Urban Hotel Lusaka and was impressed by its modern design and high-quality amenities. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant offered a good selection of meals, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel's location near embassies and government offices was convenient, and its proximity to a shopping center (15 minutes driving distance) was a plus.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to others visiting Lusaka.

I was in Zambia n a business trip and everyone at the hotel was very welcoming the staff helped where help was needed. Great food and great atmosphere.

I booked an executive room days before travelling and my booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel I was told they had no room for me. I had to wait for hours before I was given a standard room for the same price Hotels.com quoted. I felt cheated. It was my first time to use hotels.com

Average.. Room a bit small stayed in double room.. perfect for 1 person to sleep and go..

It is a newer hotel. Felt safe. They have a bank and 🏧 on the second floor with a guard.

The hotel is a lovely hotel, equipped with all the facility that you need. It has a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are clean daily if needed. There are and poor facilities within the room or you can call to ask for things that an iron, which they can do for you or they Can give it to you. We weren’t from Zambia but we needed to make some calls and we were able to do that free of charge. They went above and beyond to help us. The staff are friendly and informative, and if I’m ever in Lusaka again, that would be my place to stay.
Breakfast is a buffet which consist of a full English and you can get your eggs done as you wish then they’ve got cold patisseries and pour Asian cereal. It’s very plentiful. The Wi-Fi works throughout the whole of the whole hotel.

Fantastic hotel conveniently located at Crossroads. Room was great and the included breakfast buffet is top notch.

Refreshing. It's my third time staying here. My first two times, I had challenges checking in because I used Expedia and seemed like reservation wouldn't show on their system.

This time around it was smooth sailing. Staff were available and very helpful. Ambiance was amazing and I got real value for my money.

I usually face challenges checking in when I book via Expedia. But i was gladly and smoothly checked in this time around. Without any hustle

Arrived at 14:10 and my room was not ready due to a few late check-outs. Room was arranged quickly but only had 1 towel and 2 pillows. Wifi was on and off but no communication was made. At some point wifi, TV and phone were not working. Room has no booklet to show important numbers, had to go to reception every time
I needed something. Wanted to order room service but was told to go to restaurant to order then ask them to bring it to my room- room service means being serviced from room. At 6:30 on Tuesday morning, 4th July there was a false smoke alarm, went downstairs only to realise it was a mistake, no communication nor apology. Ordered the fillet at the restaurant and it was extremely salty; also took forever to arrive. I think the hotel is just a pretty face and doesn’t deliver on the basics.
