The location was ideal for the event we were planning. Decided to make a staycation and grab an extra day. I opted for the higher floor since the views were great. Fully equipped unit making it easy for a little pre-event with friends.

Clean tidy apartment, the kitchen and laundry facilities in the room were great and very handy.
Had been travelling for a few weeks across the US so a home cooked meal was nice to have.
Not having a access card and needing to use a pin code to enter the property or room was a bit annoying
Nice rooms, clean
Reservation process was unwieldy and discomforting. I fulfilled pre checkin process, including uploading credit card and drivers license. I received email with confirmation of pre checkin which stated to await a text message to enter property. Text never arrived. So I called at 430pm and was told I didn't get a text because I needed to checkin at front desk and leave a credit card. The front desk agent said that because pre checkin was not completed, my reservation was not confirmed and could have been canceled - without even calling me. She blamed it on a disconnect between the reservation system and the hotel. Even though my confirmation email came from the hotel. Additional unpleasant item. I parked at attached garage. Upon checkout the desk clerk told me to pay for parking at the garage exit. But the credit card reader was broken. So I backed out and went back to desk. Desk clerk told me they are not affiliated with garage and I should just call the help at the exit. Not helpful. Hotel should have a way to allow guests to pay. Or at very least know that garage payment system doesn't work. Plus no warning that costs of parking is ridiculous -$54 plus tax.
Muy recomendable, tanto el check in como el check out totalmente independiente, la piscina en la azotea está genial y las habitaciones comodísimas. ¡Está en muy buena ubicación!

The location to the neon street was very close!!
Bait and switch ads, poor and rude staff, bait and switch Manager, very long wait times for elevators, beds are 3star at best, window blinds are terrible, pillows are very cheap, parking $59 but that’s what it is, communication is terrible, the price went down for the 2 nights but they tricked us in a refund that they didn’t fully refund! Be careful what room you book and what they give you!! Did I say terrible and rude staff?!?! And the coffee pot was DISGUSTING!! 🤮

Self-catering apartments, that were equipped with everything!! We washed & dried all our clothes before we returned to UK. You are 2 mins walk away from all the action. There is a café right next door & a fab Pancake House around the corner & a convince store.

Location perfect for broadway and many museums. The staff were so friendly and helpful very polite and nothing was a bother for them. Loved our studio apartment so clean and spacious. Will definitely be back to this hotel.
