Location great, staff worst that I have encountered anywhere in the world!

Cons:

They have no keys or swipe cards for entry only a door key pad with no numbers visible to enter 6 digit code that doesn’t follow standard key pad numbering. Staff are so derogatory and not willing to help. Anyone over 40 that might wear glasses and doesn’t take them out when enjoying the music on broadway will struggle with entry! I won’t be back!

Over priced for lower level rooms (level 6) outside noise horrendous.

Location to Broadway, stayed there a week ago and it’s very close to Bridgestone arena and Broadway

Cons:

On the lower levels the noise is horrendous. So terrible. Room wasn’t exactly what I’d call clean. No view, extremely overpriced for zero view

Fantastic location and building apartment!
Pros:

The best place to stay in Nashville! Close to Bridgestone arena and Nissan stadium, one street over from Broadway, great places to eat in the same building/block.

Cons:

Bed was small and not the most comfortable. Pool deck and gathering area looked great, however the sun was limited do to location of deck and other buildings.

I’d stay again if the unit is in upper floors.
Pros:

The location to Broadway and River is fantastic.

Cons:

We were on the third floor, corner unit. The noise from the street was constant and loud. It definitely interferes with sleep. I’d recommend a higher unit.
