Very disappointed
Cons:

We were awakened at 2 am by a loud noise coming from the water heater. We had to get dressed and go down to the front desk because we got no response to a text. Employee at front was rude, non apologetic and not helpful in any way. Upon our request, we were given another room. We asked to just sleep in the new room and just leave our belongings in the old room until morning since it was 2:30 am by now and we didn’t want to pack up at this time. She was very rude and said they wouldn’t allow that.

The location was phenomenal my room was very clean and very spacious and the staff was very nice

I didn't like the fact that it was not explained to me that I had to push two numbers to get to my floor and also it was not told to me that I had to use my personal information to watch television only after I asked the receptionist and she told me about Pluto TV which again was a live TV which is okay

Beautiful apartment styled hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville
Pros:

Beautiful apartment styled hotel with pool, fitness center and sauna. Great location as right in middle of downtown Nashville, close to Broadway district and numerous museums.

Cons:

Doesn’t offer cleaning services since not a traditional hotel. Also have to take out your own garbage daily and continually ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.
