Great for overnights.
Pros:

The parking garage is connected to the hotel and it's self parking unlike almost all the hotels in the area requiring valet parking. Parking was about $70 but we parked about 30hrs.

We checked to see if our room was ready 2hrs before the posted check in time and it was. Even better though, we were upgraded free of charge from the 2nd floor to the 17th floor so the only things we heard overnight were emergency vehicles sirens.

The pool and spa was open but didn't use them, but looks great. The only downside to it is that its located between the Hyatt and Bank of America so everyone can see you but we didn't use it so no loss there.

The hotel is about a 3min walk to Broadway and all the Honkey Tonks, and Bridgestone. The price is lower than surrounding hotels and less busy. The kitchenette was a great addition if you're staying more than one night. It's like a mini apartment and more than we needed but an awesome place for our anniversary.

Cons:

The bed was a little on the small side, and the pillows weren't ideal so I'd bring your own. Nothing was that horrible, we would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Really nice view and facilities, gym and pool area are great, everything is super well maintained, staff is polite and helpful.

Cons:

The only trick is if you need a receipt for business expense, it gets complicated. The reception staff said they couldn’t provide one because it’s managed and paid through booking, Booking.com said they don’t own the invoice process. So it turned into something much more complicated and lengthy then it should have been.
