Perfect location, so close the Broadway! The pool was lovely, a real bonus. The room was spacious and had everything we could need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Location
You have to take your luggage from the parking garage onto elevators, through the lobby, through to other elevators. Elevators take forever, the wait time is excessive. The furniture has stains all over it, and it’s extremely uncomfortable. The check in process is not ideal, due to lack of access to anything without your access code, that’s assigned at check in.

Parking cost is $50 for 24 hours which is crazy compared to other hotels. I asked at the hotel if that’s correct and they said yes they have nothing to do with the parking, it’s a different company. I also lost our parking ticket and the lost ticket fee is $100. Don’t lose your ticket!!

Just a couple of minor cosmetic issues - wardrobe door was broken, armchair stained, no clothes dryer. Really minor, but attention to detail counts.
I fell in love with the view. The size of the space was absolutely perfect. We walked right to all the fun stuff and had a great time.

bed should be a king size, did not like paying 177.00 for parking for 3 days.
