It is suitable for those who love the sea, in particular the Ras-um-el-Sid Bay, who are unpretentious in food and often travel. of the pluses - a spacious hotel lobby, where there is wi-fi, there is always hot water in the rooms, a balcony is probably in every room, if there is no hairdryer - they will give it to you at the reception, cleaning every day, all the guys are very polite, the food is delicious, there is not much food, not a large selection, but in this hotel the chefs have good taste and ingenuity)) all the dishes are delicious, for lunch there is often delicious fish, disposable glasses are always there and that's it too +, tea, instant coffee - always available, water from the cooler, the waiters are very quick and fast) on Friday there are delicious dinners around the pool and a show - a program on the street if you compare with other hotels in the same price category - it is the best! if you are a gourmet with high demand then you need to pay 2-3-4 times more and you will get what you expect

Slidt, manglende vedligehold og meget beskidt.
Det eneste gode er beliggenheden i Hadaba.
Skulle kun have en seng at sove i og et bad, men havde nu ikke troet det ville være så ringe og beskidt.
Safetyboks virkede ikke før på 3. dagen.
A/C gik ned på 18 grader de første 3 nætter, trods sat på 24 grader.
Derefter virkede det sket ikke og stod fast på 29 grader. Nævnte flere gange, men intet skete.
Rengøringen var mangelfuld og man fik ikke ekstra toiletpapir, uden selv at skulle bede om.
Infen toiletbørste.
Ingen dynebetræk på dynen.
Ingen instruktion om hotellet, telefonen, vaskeriservice mm.
Gardiner hang i laser, så kunne ikke få mørkelagt værelset.
Poolen virkede klistret og området ved poolen var holdt dårligt, det var så ulækkert med klistrede fliser og masser af affald.
Gangene mod værelset var tit fyldt med service og affald.
The resort was empty, so the service was with few workers and not as expected. THE WORST was to have breakfast and dinner in an empty big room, and with few choice. One of us eat no gluten no chees and no meat, after 3 days we managed to have fish, but also comunication was not simple. The impression was that some of them do not speak proper english but they do not ask if they don't understand. Bus to and from the beach was absolutelly not to thrust, most of the time didn't show up. Look like the resort had bettet time.
We came to the hotel on 2/8 and we enjoyed a lot. The managers received us. A very wonderful reception. Thank you, Al Khan Hotel. Thank you, the hotel staff. Thank you, the hotel management, Mr. Badr, Mr. Shadi and Karim. We also enjoyed the vacation very much.

Very few accuracies in the description of the hotel. It did not have the amenities stated. There was a good breakfast and a nice pool. But no restaurant or spa. The rooms were dirty. The doors didn't lock. Staff would enter even when i asked them not to. The manager rarely answers the phone and is slow to respond to questions. When some of our party left for lack of safety/privacy plus conditions, they refused to reimburse us for the nights we did not stay. Possible that this hotel will improve, but i wouldn't stay here again.
Recomendo, Estou super satisfeita, atendimento agradável.. várias atividades ao redor… simpatia nos funcionários… amei estar com esta equipe maravilhosa onde até prolonguei meus dias em Sharm el Sheik
