Pros:

The front desk staff was great no problems there, it was the cleaning staff and the general manager

Cons:

The way 3 situations were handled, first the room not being properly cleaned and then they allow the cleaning staff to lie, second my fiance is type 1 diabetic needed to adjust her senior because the room wasnt cleaned it got put off 24hours that is not OK then a picture fell off the wall on my son the best they could do was 1 night free $134 plus an additional $19 in taxes

BULL SHIT HOTEL
Pros:

I booked this hotel one month shot when I got there before check in time the front desk told me I have to wait because the cleaning people is not done yet so the front desk took my debit card and charged me I asked 3 times the front desk when it's gonna be ready kept on telling me it's not ready IVE GOT MAD WHEN ITS 1 hour and 35 minutes already the room it's not available yet and the messed up part when I talking to the front desk HE GAVE ME A SMIRKED THAS OUT OF THE LINE SO I CURSED AT HIM NOT COMING BACK HERE THIS IS B.S.hotel

It’s cool or whatever
Pros:

The room set up is nice.
The separation in the room is perfect us and the kids.

Cons:

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was disappointing. We found a cockroach in the restroom, which was very concerning. On top of that, we were woken up around 7:00 AM due to loud neighbors slamming furniture and making excessive noise.

After a long day, we were really hoping to rest, but that didn’t happen. Overall, the experience was okay and not what we expected.

Pros:

The price.. it was definitely out of the way from the prices that other hotels charge near Disney park. That is was 8-15 minutes to Disney Park and close to highway, but not too noisy.

Cons:

The fact that we requested from front desk several items like towels and other items for our accommodation, they didn't complete our request, therefore we just said forget it.

Whatever won’t ever book this place again
Pros:

They had a big refrigerator and the TV worked

Cons:

we asked for more pillows and you didn’t get brought up to your room because it was really busy downstairs and then when we came back from where we had to go and asked for three things again they said that they ran out. The bed was very uncomfortable as well, very hard. It was very hard to sleep.
